I purchased the 10x20 canopy for my band, for our annual fireworks sale. Setup was pretty easy, even with a bunch of goofy high school kids, and it's a really sturdy cover for our customers in the 115 degree heat. until... On July 4th, we had an unexpected windstorm, and although it did well under 30mph gusts, there was a 70mph gust that caught us by surprise, and before we could get around to catch it, one of the middle legs had broken (the rest of the canopy was just fine, the leg had to suffer all the weight being dropped on it). To say I was dejected was an understatement, but since I was otherwise very happy with it, I decided to contact American Phoenix, and ask about buying another leg, or something (they're not riveted together like the cheap models). The customer service rep asked me to send pictures of the damage, and I was shocked when they said that they would send out an entire new frame!! With the new frame, it again works perfectly, and now other groups at the school are just a bit jelly. I told them where to get one, and I think ROTC did purchase one or two. Thank You American Phoenix - you now have a Mojave HS sales rep.

Product arrived broken, a leg was extended out and bent, with a box wrapped around and attached the the regular box to cover the damaged leg. Did not have time to return and find a new tent as my event was the following day, my husband was able to fix the crinkled leg enough it would go back in and out with a little pressure; however, upon setting up, the tent is completely warped and the middle leans towards the opposite side. Had to maneuver abd only raise some of the legs a few to accomodate abd level out the warped tent to make do for my event as a tent was required. Extremely unhappy.

American Phoenix stands by their products! Like American companies do. I have bought four popup tents from AP from 5'x5', 10'x10' to the newest 10'x20'. All great high quality easy to put up tents that will last for a very long time. But here is the great thing. I had a damaged frame (shipping) on one of the larger ones and two texts later the replacement (n/c) was on the way to my house. Very impressive in today's business. Thank you American Phoenix for being a great shop and staying in the US!

I have a bad habit of not opening my purchase items until I am ready to use them. This puts me at a disadvantage if the item is damaged. I ordered 2 of these tents and they are very heavy duty and sturdy. In one canopy, there were 2 different screws missing in different areas. This did not totally hinder the assembly, but I have to make a mental note to get screws later. The other tent had a minor flaw in it as well. Nothing major (good thing I do not expect perfection). Set up is quite challenging. Throwing a heavy canopy in the air (2 females) to begin the setup is hard (you have to read the directions to know what I mean). The tent required multiple throws before it was a success. Great product. Sturdy product. Not an easy set up product.

Hard to pull apart to get it up so have to be very careful to not bend the metal bars which bend pretty easily. Once it is up it’s pretty sturdy. It did not come with stakes or ropes as stated in the description so just have to find some. Might get a couple of uses out of it before the bars snap. Other than that pretty decent tent.

We ordered this pop-up canopy tent for an event and it was the perfect size for our needs. When it first arrived, the canopy cover and storage bag had some damage. I contacted the company, and they immediately sent replacements without any hesitation. The new items arrived very quickly and just in time for our event. The material feels sturdy and well-made. Overall, I’m very satisfied and highly recommend this tent. Will update with photos and review after the event setup.

This tent is horrible. I’ve had several canopy’s in the past and this is the worst one. It’s so heavy, no bag, and you have to be incredibly strong to set it up by yourself or have several people pulling at each end to lift.
