I wanted to leave a review for the seller, 2 of the plastic end On the square tubing were cracked. I contacted the seller and asked him to send me 2 new caps to replace the damaged ones, within less than a week they had arrived. Great service. On to the product, The package is deceivingly heavy, because of the size of the box I thought they had sent me a 10 by 10 but in reality it was the 10 by 20 which I ordered. When I went to pick up the box I almost threw my back out because of the weight of the product. High quality construction all steel tubing with metal brackets connecting each piece, very pleased with the purchase from a quality stand point. The cover is very high quality and more than likely waterproof. My only knock is my own, I didn't realize the canopy didn't come with a cover and had to order one separate on Amazon. Assembly was relatively easy, spreading the canopy open with 2 people was a bit cumbersome but all of these canopies are. My son and I set it up and it took us about 15 minutes. I strongly suggest you read the instructions and follow them exactly. Being a stubborn old mule I just went ahead and started doing what I thought was correct which in reality was not. I would recommend this canopy for anyone who is looking for a quality canopy.

I have a bad habit of not opening my purchase items until I am ready to use them. This puts me at a disadvantage if the item is damaged. I ordered 2 of these tents and they are very heavy duty and sturdy. In one canopy, there were 2 different screws missing in different areas. This did not totally hinder the assembly, but I have to make a mental note to get screws later. The other tent had a minor flaw in it as well. Nothing major (good thing I do not expect perfection). Set up is quite challenging. Throwing a heavy canopy in the air (2 females) to begin the setup is hard (you have to read the directions to know what I mean). The tent required multiple throws before it was a success. Great product. Sturdy product. Not an easy set up product.

I really like this tent, but apart was broken when we took it out of the box. I had to send it back, but I will reorder. It was not an easy pull out and pull up, but we looked the height, length for a great backyard gathering

Well where do I start? We went to a music festival 5 days. First 4 days was great. On the 5th day. We had rain. Canopys support was not what we needed. The poles are not high enough to drain water off of the canopy. Took on water. We could not keep the water off of the canopy or the tent that we purchased. "The cube" The canopy does not have proper sewing . The cube did not have enough tie up hooks at the top. So that made matters worse. We had to abandon the canopy- tent. By morning the canopy cover had saged down, tent The Cube, was flooded. Let's just say I would not recommend if there is any rain.
