This was so very easy to use and still is going good for me. I work pretty much anywhere I am and I needed a good headset that was lightweight, works good and didn't pull every noise from my background. This was surprisingly amazing especially for the price. It was almost noise-canceling as many meetings with my children in the background my company members could not hear a thing unless I was talking. The mute button the cord itself is also amazing as I don't have to mute the actual call. Mic comes through clear and great and the feel of it as very comfortable! The headphones are very light weight but the ears are heavy. I ordered a different set and returning these.

Good basic headset has pretty good sound quality. Need better audio that this headset for important business use. A very good set to have as a backup & for you rougher users. A good value.

    • It's just OK
Unfortunately my cheap headset of choice is a Plantronics, so that's what this is up against. This is certainly a cheap headset. It does sound OK in meetings and no one has complained about me sounding weird. The microphone seems to work OK and isn't picking up too much background noise. It doesn't quite fit my head. I apparently have a smaller head and even fully compressed this is still a little loose on me. I don't like the way the earphones are shaped, they feel backwards and it can get tight feeling if I'm in a meeting for a while. The sound knob works fine but the mic mute and unmute doesn't work with Zoom or Teams or anything. While I can mute and unmute it doesn't trigger those indicators in my apps. It's just OK, good to use until you can get a better one. ... show more
