  • Really a good way to bake cookies
Color: Beige/Gray Style: 3-Pack Pattern Name: Baking Mats
Superior to Parchment Paper. Even though I gave it a five, there is one problem, the work too well. The first batch of cookies I baked went for a "walk about" while baking. When I opened the oven I laughed myself silly. None of the cookies whas where I put them. Four actually slid off the sheet. My stove is pretty level, but evidently, not level enough. These pads are really slick. And mind you, I did not grease the pads before I put the cookies on. The cookies always bleed a bit of oil, which parchment would absorb. That is one thing there pads can't do. ... show more

  • Better than parchment paper
Color: New Beige/Gray Style: 2-Pack Pattern Name: Baking Mats
I was making pretzels and the first time around they stuck to the parchment paper I was using to try to avoid having them stick to the pan. So I bought these and they worked so well that I bought a set for multiple family members and friends! Now Alexa tries to get me to buy another set weekly due to "shopping trends". I made cookies last Christmas and they all turned out fine (though some cookies do specify to have them directly on the baking sheet and not on parchment paper or baking mats so be sure to read the recipe) I also made cream puffs and whereas parchment paper will turn to black ash after a few rounds in the oven, I was able to use these mats for the entire batch! (while one mat was in the oven cooking I was putting out the next round of puffs on the other mat from the pair) I throw them in my dishwasher because if I attempt to wash them in my sink they flap around and it becomes this whole to-do. I don't have actual "half sheet" trays so the cookie sheet I have isn't as long and the mat curls up; but a friend that does have a half-sheet tray sent me a photo of the mat fitting nicely inside. If you have larger countertops than I do they'll probably be easier to wipe down. ... show more

  • Must have for baking
Color: Beige/Gray Style: 3-Pack Pattern Name: Baking Mats
I ended up buying these because I was tired of cutting parchment in the smallest of increments to get it to lay flat, getting mad that they'd then roll up, and fighting with them constantly. I had baking trays that matched these almost exactly so they've been my go-to for pretty much anything that needed parchment! ... show more

  • Time and money saver
Color: New Beige/Gray Style: 2-Pack Pattern Name: Baking Mats
I love baking and I use a ton of parchment paper. After seeing these at major stores I ran across this product while shopping for new kitchen gadgets. Not only does it assist with easy clean up it saves me a ton of $$ on buying parchment paper which is good for one use

  • No stick
Color: New Beige/Gray Style: 2-Pack Pattern Name: Baking Mats
I have no clue why I hadn't tried these before, so amazing. The heat evenly, easy to clean, and the best thing is that they're bendable and can be store in the smallest spaces, not taking up the length of a cookie sheet. I love them

  • No more spraying the pan
Color: New Beige/Gray Style: 2-Pack Pattern Name: Baking Mats
I am actually impressed with these. My wife threw them in the cart and I didn't think much at first. They got here and we cooked some eggrolls. Then we cooked some wings....this thing is awesome. You literally just pop it on the sheet and throw your food on it and its good to go. Cleans just like a cutting board. Innovation is awesome ... show more

  • Wife approved
Color: Beige/Gray Style: 3-Pack Pattern Name: Baking Mats
I bought some of these reusable sheets a LONG time ago for my wife, and she didn't like them (the sheet absorbed heat and would make cookies hard on the bottom) and she forgot about them (probably threw them away - we were still dating at the time). She asked me to get her some reusable baking sheets and I said I got her some, and she didn't remember. I measured her pans, and this was one of the few sets that had sizes very close to the pans she buys. if you are starting from scratch, it might be worth buying pans that are only half-sheet and quarter-sheet. Those are standards, even though they are very loose standards. I see a lot of comments, that do not measure before buying. Then the comments say "it's smaller than it looks!". Keep a tape measure around for online purchasing. The amazon basics set was $8.22 for the 3 sizes. essentially: half-size, quarter-size, and something random which happened to fit my wife's baking sheet. She liked them a lot, and had no issues with anything she put on them cooking differently than the parchment paper. She asked me to get some more at the largest size (half sheet), as cheap as possible since she only needs them a few times a year for big projects. I found some branded "COOK TIME" that were 3 half sheets for $9.99. She said these were just as good as the amazon basics and she did not have any problem with the quality of either set. ... show more
