I like the product just fine but I ordered four sets of two pillows and I only received three sets. I do not know how to reach Amazon to have them send the fourth box containing two shrink wrapped pillows. These pillows are perfect, if you get the medium firm. I ordered the soft ones at first and they were so flat and uncomfortable with zero support. However I exchanged them for the medium firm ones and they’re great! Feel like hotel quality.

I purchased two of these two-packs. One pack came with only one pillow. So instead of 4, I only received 3. The pillow themselves are nice but I didn't get what I paid for.

I looked for awhile for a pillow to replace our old pillows. I wanted something comfy but didn’t want to pay a lot of money. These Amazon pillows fit the bill! They’re cushy but not to soft. It’s so good! I love them, they are soft and if you feel like they are getting flat, throw them in the dryer for 5 mins and they will get back to normal fluffy and soft
