Most of the backpack is good. Fit, feel, quality, adjustability are all excellent. The big flaw is the way the sternum strap is attached. It came off in the first 5 hours of use. Completely impossible to get back on. Osprey does have a free repair program, which is great, but it will cost 20% the value of the bag to ship it back. Only other complaint is it needs 1-2 more small compartments. Needs an inner one for security, at least. ... show more

this backpack is great for 1-2 hiking, maybe more. it's super lightweight and can carry quite a bit. The straps were very comfortable for me, and overall fit was great (i'm short, so YMMV). Great pack, was able to fit everything and more in it! Absolutely love that it has a cage in it , helps support a heavier pack! The only thing is the straps dont have enough padding and after being on the trail for 3-5 miles it digs into your shoulders and you have to take a rest! After 10 miles the pack is so dug into your skin it leaves red lines and soars on you! ... show more

I was really looking forward to this pack! I loved it at first but within 1.5-2 miles my shoulders were sore from the straps digging in. Thatโ€™s with winter layers so I canโ€™t imagine in the summer. Wanted to love it but had to return for that reason only
