I misunderstood, thought this product was new, never used. This product is fine for what I use it for, but it took sometime for it to work itself out from some glitches. I have removed safety mode, but it still goes back on safety mode. Not sure if my game progress is being saved. I thought this was a brand new product that I could read an instruction booklet and program it myself, but discovered that was not the case. I already had a kindle fire 7 inch, and wanted the larger screen. I bought this 10inch because it said 12hour battery life. The batter dies just as fast as my kindle fire 7. It probably will work as long as I want it too if plugged into a wall socket. Which I do not have close by my favorite chair in the living room and have to use an extension cord. I think this product is fine for the price, even though not exactly what I was expecting. I had wanted to transfer my game progress for the old fire to the new one, but did not know how to do it. Now I have different game levels on both tablets. If I had been more knowledgeable, maybe I would not have been disappointed at all. That is my fault, so I have no real complaints. ... show more

The tablet came in new packaging just like a new one. I opened the box, inspected the tablet and there wasn't a mark on it anywhere. I also bought the keyboard that could be blue toothed to it. I put it on charge, and it took a 100% full charge. I turned it on, followed the prompts, and it easily booted, and pared with the keyboard. I also added an extra 32G micro-SD card which it immediately recognized and added to the memory of the unit. The tablet seems to be working perfectly. And as close as I can tell the only difference between this one and a brand new one is the $90 price difference. I have to admit, I am impressed with Amazon's like new promise, and the same warranty as a new one. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you want to get it at nearly half the price. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My mother in law bought the kids onn tablet from walmart for christas last year the damn thing started coming apart just after regular use so I went online and boght the amazon fire HD tablet 10.1 2022 version or was it 2021 version I can't remember haven't had a problem yet of course I had to buy a case but yeah no problems highly recommend great picture I mean HD quality you can tell onn was cheap cause of the quality ... show more

I bought this product, because it showed good reviews compare to other tablets as far as a good product, good battery life, etc. What they don't tell you is that it comes loaded with ads. Even when it is lock. I had to research online to try to removed those ads at the risk of some shady websites. I had plan to buy three more. But now I will go with a different tablet. ... show more
