I grant you, I can’t get too excited about a belt. But, as far as belts go, this is an excellent one. The price is right for sure. And it’s very well made. It’s also quite versatile. I wear it with shorts to the golf course, dress slacks to work, and jeans when I’m out and about. The color is nice and has not faded. Also, since it’s woven and not leather, it continues to fit me whether I’ve eaten a lot in a given month or stayed on my diet!

Good belt. Very comfortable. Noticed a big difference between this belt and a regular leather belt as far as comfort when sitting for a long time. This belt stretches slightly when I sit in the car or at home, which is nice. This belt is more stretchy than I expected. I wear a 34 inch and to get the belt snug (meaning not too tight, but tight enough it holds up my pants when walking), I needed to cinch it up until about 8" slack extends beyond the buckle. Next time, I would get a 30 inch and let it stretch to my normal 34", leaving 4" slack.

I like these mesh belts. This is my second one of this brand. The first one lasted 5 years so the quality is good. I like having color choices when I buy one. I am expecting this belt to be another great value for my money.

The belt is nice looking, seems very well built. I am a 34 so ordered a 36 and it's too long for my liking. I really dislike the stretchiness of the belt. I have to stretch it a long way to have it actually hold my pants up and even then it is not firm enough.

Perusing woven belts on Amazon, I've found it difficult to make a decision because even when there are mostly outstanding reviews there are also the inevitable outlier horror stories. Finally I took a chance on this Amazon Essentials product, and I'm glad I did. The stitching of the leatheresque pieces to the fabric seemed secure, the tapered end was easy to insert into my belt loops, and equally easy to remove (and I have had other woven belts where that actually WAS a problem because of the protrusion of the tapered piece, so I am somewhat educated on this potential problem). Another thing on Amazon reviews of this kind of belt in general was apparent poor quality control or perhaps better said stockroom control, in that the same length of belt, ordered in a given length, could arrive in many different lengths. In my case, not much of a problem, as seen in the photograph attached. I have about a 33" waist. I ordered three belts: a green 32", a tan 32", and a dark brown 34". I ordered the 34" primarily because the 32" brown was unavailable; but since the product reviews of this kind of belt can't decide whether one should order slightly longer, slightly shorter, or "to size", I thought the 34 might end up being better for me anyway. In the event, as you can see in the picture, they all are essentially the same length, and they all fit me fine since you do need to stretch the belt a little bit to get it snug. Ordering anything shorter would have been a problem, but ordering the right size (34") or even two inches longer would also have been fine. (Fortunately the engineering tolerances in stretchy belts are a good deal less stringent than for automotive parts!) Basically, I didn't feel that these belts need to be stretched excessively in order to hold up my pants! Finally, a minor point. On the Amazon web site, the brown and green are listed as being made in Cambodia, while the tan is listed as made in China. However, all three belts I received, including the tan, are labeled as Cambodian products. In rating these belts, I skipped the "durability" criterion, since I've only owned them for 30 minutes! If they fall apart in a short time (really not expected!) I'll add to the review.
