We used this wirh our 10 x 20 canopy and it was too tight. We had to cut our top poles shorter to stretch it to fit. It pulled so tight that grommets ripped. Sizing was way off.

1st, you could not be happier With the performance Of this canopy. It was purchased as a replacement For the original canopy Which lasted approximately The same length of time. This canopy Has withstood Endless Hours of central Florida sunshine, Rain Rain and wind, Which In itself is brutal. These canopies Last approximately 3 years in these conditions. We would more than likely be replacing it now, As it also withstood 2 minor tropical storms And was showing signs Of wear And tear Before A windstorm Shredded it in April. Bought this to replace original cover from a Costco Canopy purchase. Arrived on time, cover seems to be as described, easy to install, but does not seem to be any thicker that the original Costco cover that ripped. Lots of eyelets to tie cover down and I did use 18" zip ties to ease the install. See top cover photo. Width was no issue but length could be 3 or 4 inches longer, see photo where I tried to show about a 1 to 1.5 inch gap. I did try to improver the original frame to help rain run off by using ropes to make a grid pattern to support the cover. See photo, what looks like "lines" are really ropes. Even with length being a little short, I would purchase again. As I just installed, I can not comment on durability. Because of the length, I could not use 5 stars, but would say 4.5 stars, if I could. ... show more

    • This is NOT a 2 yr canopy
This canopy will last two seasons in full sun so the 2 yr warranty is worthless. After two seasons, it will get brittle, crack, and start to tear….. just after the 2 yr warranty expires. I just figure i need to buy one every two years. Update: Just as I suspected. Didnt last 2 years. Leaks like a sieve. Wish I could get my money back or a replacement. Also.... there is no way to contact this Seller directly to negotiate a warranty replacement. BUYER BEWARE! When you click the store link, it just takes you to another Amazon page yet Amazon requests you contact Seller with any issues. It's called a circle jerk! Amazon perfected it! ... show more

    • It’s not heavy duty.
These tarps are not lasting. It’s like every year I have to replace this. It’s over a hundred bucks every time. But everything I’m reading it’s supposed to last a long time. You might want to change that verbiage. Starting to loose faith in this tarp. This tarp is definitely not heavy duty.

When I first bought one these from Sams in 2006, the heavy duty of this thing had to be close to 12 mil. It lasted 9 years. Im about to buy my 3rd one of these cheap ragged things in past 4 years or so. The snow of winter and the winds of spring tear to this piece shish to shreds! After only a season and a half! ... show more
