I'm 5'8" and 155lbs and a small fits perfect, actually a little extra room. I'd size down for less baggyness. I had a hard time between small or medium but I went with my gut getting a small. Good quality.

To put in context, this morning was in the low 20's and the only other thing I had on besides the coat was a tshirt and jeans, and I was still pretty warm walking in the elements. Not too bulky for a puffer coat. Not designed for a fashion statement but designed for warmth. For this purpose, the coat does an excellent job. Most important, the zipper is much better than the typical inadequate zipper found on most winter coats in this price range. I would buy this again.
