It can adjust heights so I can also use it as a desk for my walking pad. The best feature is that it can adjust angles so you can slant it down or keep it flat. It is well made and easy to adjust. The cup holder is a little bit shallow, and only works if you keep the desk level, but it works great to keep smaller things in (I keep the walking pad remote there). This was pretty easy to assemble. My five year old grandchild was assisting, so I'm not sure who was helping whom. Picture instructions were easy to follow. At first it seemed a little flimsy, but as I adjusted and locked in my height, slant and brakes it is much more stable. The three things I like best: my elliptical treadmill fits perfectly between the legs, the little power cord well keeps it neat and holds my phone, and there's room on the desktop to write out my post-it note reminders. I bought this to have my own personal standing desk at work. When putting it together, 4 bolts were missing from the package. I had to replace the missing bolts by buying them at the hardware school. Cost me 16$ because it is a metric bolt. Update: after 2 weeks of use, this desk became useless. The wheels began to repeatedly lock after a few steps, causing things on the desk to fly off.
