Great midweight jacket for tween boy. My 12 year old wears through clothes quickly, so we needed an everyday winter jacket that wasn’t too puffy, and not too pricey. This jacket was the perfect fit and color. The sleeves were a tad short on him but nice fit overall.

I really like this jacket. We live in Wisconsin where it gets really cold out and I refuse to keep a bulky coat on my toddler when going somewhere in the car because of car seat safety. So, beginning of winter, I'd get him into the car, bulky coat off, buckled, then whenever we arrived to our destination, coat on, rinse & repeat. (we do use the bulky coat when just playing outside) With this jacket, I can put him into a fleece sweater then this jacket over and it's not bulky, thick, etc and it's so much safer, I don't have to worry about compression and the car seat harness not protecting him if we were to get into a car accident.
