I’ve been taking the Amazon Elements Men’s for more or so the last three years and it’s been working really well for me. I originally used Garden of Life’s Mykind Organics Men’s Once Daily which is also a good product, but honestly, the price became too much to keep up with. That’s what made me try Amazon’s version and I haven’t looked back since. The Amazon brand while cheaper also has research showing that they use cultured ingredients and covers all the essential vitamins and minerals most people need. It includes things like B12 in its methylated form, calcium from algae, and selenium which I like for heart and prostate support. Not something too important to me but It’s also vegan, gluten-free, and doesn’t have any artificial fillers or colors. There’s even a blend of herbs like turmeric, ginger, and astragalus which I appreciate for overall wellness. When I compare it to Garden of Life, I don’t notice any difference in how I feel day to day. Garden of Life has a longer list of organic fruits and vegetables and a really high dose of B12, but unless you specifically need that, I honestly think this does the job just as well. Plus, the price is way better. A bottle of this lasts two months and costs about the same as one month of the other brand. If you’re looking for a reliable daily multivitamin that’s clean and doesn’t cost a fortune, I’d definitely recommend giving this one a shot. Three years in and I’m still happy with it.

This is overall a great multivit for men and it has botanical/etc extras to make it more useful. But I'm writing this because after 30+yrs of constipation and IBS-related symptoms, this completely turned that around within a week of taking HALF of a pill daily. I don't dread going number 2 anymore, and I can tell my gut is happier now. I narrowed down the possible ingredients, and confirmed it was the Saccharomyces Cerevisiae in "other ingredients". It's a soil-based organism strain, peer-reviewed as dramatically relieving constipation and GI distress/inflammation. I assume it was listed in Other because a multivit can't have probiotics. In which case, Amazon was very nice to throw this strain in since they didn't have to. My only complaint about this is that it has a strange flavor, and it doesn't contain some important male-specific nutrients such as lycopene or boron.

These are great multivitamins! I have tried many multivitamins for men, but i may stick to these. There are a few cons that i will list below but none, in my opinion, that impacted the rating. Pros: -- ingredient transparency- every mineral and vitamin listed shows where it is derived from (ie. Yeast, sunflower, etc) -- Great quantity for the price - the bottle contains a 2 month supply (65 tablets) which brings the cost to about 38 cents per pill, which is not bad at all, especially for a multivitamin supplement that is primarily derived from whole foods -- single pill a day - this one is more of a personal preference, but i have taken multivitamins that required them to be taken 3 times a day. I can really appreciate the fact that this is truely a one pill per day supplement. -- Contains Iodine-- iodine is such a hard element to find in multivitamins and has proved to be very essential part of a diet. (Benefits metabolism, thyroid function, immune system, skin, hair.... just to name a few) Cons: -- Small font on supplement facts - the font is really small and is a bit difficult to read. I do not have bad eyesite, the font is just smaller than normal -- Large Pill - the pill is rather large. I am, personally not bothered by it, but if you have a hard time swallowing pills this one may be a bit intimidating.
