Style: Mens 40+ One Daily
Size: 65 Count (Pack of 1)
As a 38-year-old man, I’ve been taking the Amazon Elements Men's 40+ One Daily Multivitamin for the past three months, and the results have been nothing short of amazing. While it’s technically marketed for men over 40, I can confidently say this is a great multivitamin for men in their late 30s too. Here’s why I’ll be sticking with it: 1. Long-Term Energy and Focus I manage a furniture warehouse, which means my days are physically and mentally demanding—lots of walking, lifting, and problem-solving. Over the past three months, I’ve noticed a consistent boost in my energy levels. I don’t feel as sluggish in the afternoons, and I’ve got more stamina to power through long workdays. My focus has also improved, which helps me stay sharp when things get busy. 2. Better Overall Health This multivitamin has filled the gaps in my diet and supported my overall health in noticeable ways. I haven’t had as many colds or illnesses as usual during this time, which I attribute to the immune-boosting effects of Vitamin D3 and Zinc. My skin even looks healthier, and I feel better physically and mentally. 3. Consistent and Gentle on the Stomach Unlike other multivitamins I’ve tried, this one hasn’t caused any nausea or upset stomach. It’s easy to take in the morning with or without food, and it doesn’t leave any weird aftertaste. For three months, I’ve been taking it daily without a single issue—definitely a win in my book. 4. Excellent Value At this price point, getting a two-month supply in each bottle is a steal. For a high-quality, vegan-friendly multivitamin with no unnecessary fillers or artificial ingredients, this is an incredible deal. After three months, I’m impressed with how much I’m getting for the cost. 5. Vegan and Transparent I also love that this multivitamin is vegan and free of unnecessary additives. Amazon Elements’ transparency about their ingredients, including the QR code on the bottle that lets you trace sourcing, makes it easy to trust what I’m putting into my body. The Verdict After Three Months After three months of daily use, I feel more energetic, focused, and healthy overall. This multivitamin has become a vital part of my routine, and I’ll continue taking it for the long haul. Whether you’re in your late 30s or over 40, this is a simple and effective way to invest in your health. TL;DR: After three months, the Amazon Elements Men's 40+ One Daily Multivitamin has improved my energy, focus, and overall health. It’s affordable, gentle on the stomach, and packed with high-quality nutrients. Highly recommended for men looking to stay sharp and healthy as they age. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Verdict: A reliable daily multivitamin that delivers real, noticeable results. I’m glad I made the switch, and I can confidently recommend it to other men in their 30s and beyond!

Affordable, price is good. Been taking them about a week. I feel great. Saves money. Pills are a bit bigger than I'm use to taking, but I could see some people might have trouble.

This is overall a great multivit for men and it has botanical/etc extras to make it more useful. But I'm writing this because after 30+yrs of constipation and IBS-related symptoms, this completely turned that around within a week of taking HALF of a pill daily. I don't dread going number 2 anymore, and I can tell my gut is happier now. I narrowed down the possible ingredients, and confirmed it was the Saccharomyces Cerevisiae in "other ingredients". It's a soil-based organism strain, peer-reviewed as dramatically relieving constipation and GI distress/inflammation. I assume it was listed in Other because a multivit can't have probiotics. In which case, Amazon was very nice to throw this strain in since they didn't have to. My only complaint about this is that it has a strange flavor, and it doesn't contain some important male-specific nutrients such as lycopene or boron.

I've not always been a huge fan of multivitamins. The sourcing is the problem. I used to buy from a local health food store that was made from whole foods. But the rising expense eventually stopped me and you don't notice when you stop taking vitamins like you notice when you start taking them. Ideally we should be able to get all we need from a proper diet...but this is America and we love fast paced lives and tend to reward ourselves all too often with fast food and treats. Bottom line is we need something. I have good and bad things to say or clarify. 1) This is the first multivitamin my wife has ever been able to take that didn't upset her stomach. Yeah it says for men, but traditionally the only difference between men and women version is extra iron for women, which she gets plenty of. 2) One reviewer said these smell like syrup. I wouldn't want to eat breakfast with them. They smell like food, just like the health store vitamins I took years ago. 3) I find these to be a typical size for a multivitamin. If you are on a liquid diet, then yes these will be difficult to swallow, there are better options for you. Add this to the Ninja blender when you make your smoothies. But if you still eat normal foods you regularly swallow much bigger bites than this is. If you have trouble swallowing pills you might want to try a little mind over matter. Convince yourself it's a big juicy cheeseburger you're swallowing and use plenty of water. Swallowing pills is easy. I'm in my 50's and I still swallow 8 to 10 large and small pills at one time (I take a lot of supplements). 4) If you have a crappy diet you will probably feel an energy boost. If you basically eat well...not so much. That's not the fault of this product, just nature. This isn't the answer to all your dreams and wishes... it's a high quality multivitamin. I know very few people that only eat properly sourced non-gmo food and honestly they don't look all that good. Every American needs a multivitamin. I wish it weren't so but that's life. 5) I don't know what happened when they had the label printed but it's a giant blur. You can see a high res photo of it on the product page. Amazon really needs to remedy that. I guess they spent all their money on the sourcing of high quality foods and laboratory analysis and not on a pretty label. Money well spent...but still. Fix the label. This is the best affordable multivitamin on the market sourced from non-gmo whole foods. Try it for yourself because you probably need one anyway.

I’ve been taking the Amazon Elements Men’s for more or so the last three years and it’s been working really well for me. I originally used Garden of Life’s Mykind Organics Men’s Once Daily which is also a good product, but honestly, the price became too much to keep up with. That’s what made me try Amazon’s version and I haven’t looked back since. The Amazon brand while cheaper also has research showing that they use cultured ingredients and covers all the essential vitamins and minerals most people need. It includes things like B12 in its methylated form, calcium from algae, and selenium which I like for heart and prostate support. Not something too important to me but It’s also vegan, gluten-free, and doesn’t have any artificial fillers or colors. There’s even a blend of herbs like turmeric, ginger, and astragalus which I appreciate for overall wellness. When I compare it to Garden of Life, I don’t notice any difference in how I feel day to day. Garden of Life has a longer list of organic fruits and vegetables and a really high dose of B12, but unless you specifically need that, I honestly think this does the job just as well. Plus, the price is way better. A bottle of this lasts two months and costs about the same as one month of the other brand. If you’re looking for a reliable daily multivitamin that’s clean and doesn’t cost a fortune, I’d definitely recommend giving this one a shot. Three years in and I’m still happy with it.

I like this formula and it appears to be of good quality. The ingredients fit with what I am looking for in a Multivitamin. However, I find the tablet size to be too large and very difficult to swallow. I do not have trouble swallowing other tablets. I wish they would do two smaller tablets as a dose rather than one large one. For this reason alone, I would not order again.

These are great multivitamins! I have tried many multivitamins for men, but i may stick to these. There are a few cons that i will list below but none, in my opinion, that impacted the rating. Pros: -- ingredient transparency- every mineral and vitamin listed shows where it is derived from (ie. Yeast, sunflower, etc) -- Great quantity for the price - the bottle contains a 2 month supply (65 tablets) which brings the cost to about 38 cents per pill, which is not bad at all, especially for a multivitamin supplement that is primarily derived from whole foods -- single pill a day - this one is more of a personal preference, but i have taken multivitamins that required them to be taken 3 times a day. I can really appreciate the fact that this is truely a one pill per day supplement. -- Contains Iodine-- iodine is such a hard element to find in multivitamins and has proved to be very essential part of a diet. (Benefits metabolism, thyroid function, immune system, skin, hair.... just to name a few) Cons: -- Small font on supplement facts - the font is really small and is a bit difficult to read. I do not have bad eyesite, the font is just smaller than normal -- Large Pill - the pill is rather large. I am, personally not bothered by it, but if you have a hard time swallowing pills this one may be a bit intimidating.
