I like this formula and it appears to be of good quality. The ingredients fit with what I am looking for in a Multivitamin. However, I find the tablet size to be too large and very difficult to swallow. I do not have trouble swallowing other tablets. They seem to be a knock off of the GNC MEga Mens 50+ that rollercoaster on price and availability. These appeared fresh, and the lot number agreed.
