Packaging was not good and some parts did have scratches. None of the scratches went through the powder coat. The directions were very basic but enough to do the assembly. Comfortable and solid construction.

Itโs a nice solid bench that will hold 2 people comfortably. The color is a bit off though. I ordered gray and the bench is more brown than gray. Itโs a pretty color, but not nearly as gray as I thought it would be.

We bought this for our sonโs birthday. I canโt speak to comfort, but it looks very pretty on his front porch. He said it went together easily and seems very sturdy. Heโs happy, so Iโm happy with my purchase.

While the bench looks okay, it is not what I was expecting. It is not as solid as I thought it was going to be. Putting it together wasn't hard, just frustrating. There are gaps between the seat and legs because the little flange on the back of the seat doesn't line up with the legs. The tabs on the back bend out when you tighten the screws because again, the bench is off almost 3/16th of an inch. Also, the screws are very soft and so is the hex-head wrench that is included. These both strip out (round off) very easily. My advice is to throw away both the hardware and wrench and get a better set. From the photos I thought the back was a solid design, but there are braces on the back that are visible. We have the bench in front of a tree in the center of our circular driveway. It looks cheap from behind. It will work for us because no one will ever sit on it (Just for looks while driving in), but I would not buy this bench again.
