I found this sofa too deep for me (I'm 5' 4") and, more important, it provides no support for upper shoulders, neck, and head, making it rather uncomfortable to sit in for more than a few minutes. The quality seemed pretty good for the price, though. As an aside, the (grey) sofa pictured when I made my purchase was much darker than the sofa I received. The pictures on the website now are accurate. Returns process is a nightmare. Multiple chats, email messages, phone calls, hour(s)! wasted on hold, agents who have no idea wat is going on and apparently have no access to notes of what has happened thus far.

I cannot begin to tell you how shocked I was by how nice this couch was. The cushions are firm but cozy, they’ve held their shape, you can take off the arm pillows for a different vibe. It’s just amazing ! I chose the grey which is like a cool tone grey because I was worried I might stain the tan and it still looks awesome with all my stuff in this sunny room! I HIGHLY recommend this. I bought the loveseat which is like a small sofa and the arm chair for my Studio apartment! I adore them!

We've had it for a couple of months. It's more comfortable than I would of thought from the pictures. We also have a dog and cat. This color and texture help to not show the hair as much. I'm 5'9", and I can comfortably lay down on the couch stretched out. The seat cushions do not detached, the back cushions do detach and their covers are washable along with the side pillow covers. The assembly was easy. One person can certainly do it by themselves but it was easier with two people. The couch itself comes assembled You just have to put on the legs, really. Delivery was fine. I would recommend it this couch. 4 stars cause there was a weird VOC (volatile organic compound) smell I was not expecting. It dissipated in a week or so. This might have just been my couch, idk. Just mentioning in case anyone is sensitive to this type of thing.

The shade is significantly lighter and bluer than displayed. It’s not bad but not what I was expecting. It ships from China, which is not ideal on its own considering the lack of labor protections, but also disturbing because the couch has a very strong off-gassing that gave my family headaches and nausea for several days even with the window open and good air flow. With the smell dissipated and the color acceptable enough to not go through the trouble of a return, it’s staying put. But I would probably not order it again.

I really wanted to give this Chair & Ottoman 5 stars, but alas certain aspects of the chair feel uncomfortable. In terms of appearance, this chair and ottoman set is very unique and homey due to its combination farmhouse/mid-century aesthetic. The color, as others have mentioned, isn’t exactly as pictured. However, I was not overly disappointed with the color. Close enough. In terms of build quality, I have not had product long enough to speak to longevity, but first impressions are that this is a solid piece of furniture. The fabric is textured allowing for wear to get less noticed and the wood frame and legs feel sturdy. In terms of chair feel the chair is comfortable, but not quite perfect. The cushions seem firm, but have enough give to sink into. The pillows are supportive and their mobility is a great feature. My one big gripe is the support of upper back and neck. Because the back cushion is removable combined with the low profile design of the chair it does not offer much support. For the record I am 6’3”. So my upper torso support needs may be uniquely ill-fit for this particular chair. Overall, really great product. The chair looks fantastic and is actually pretty comfortable aside from the lacking upper back support that I personally require. Highly recommended.

I spent a lot of time looking for a couch because, honestly, I didn’t want to order one from Amazon. Alas, I couldn’t find any that I liked, so I took a chance and ordered this one, although I was hesitant to without sitting on it. I was SO pleasantly surprised. The cushions are the perfect amount of soft and firm—so many other couches I sat on I was just like, who would even want to sit on this??? They felt like bricks. All I had to do to assemble was screw on the legs. My cats love it, and that’s how you know.

5 stars for comfort and attractiveness for this small space sofa! The fabric is not showing any wear and the wheat color matches everything. I removed some stuffing from the loose end pillows bc they are too fat. And I use a back cushion to be able to sit up straighter. I’ve made these adjustments on my previous sofas.
