Unfortunately my unit came with a huge defect that might end up breaking the upholstery. It might have been a delivery issue. I will keep it until it breaks and then I will throw it away because I don’t what to go through the issue of returning and getting a new one

The couch is a bit bulky and stiff. The initial comfort was not so great. But its low and good price. The delivery was pretty bad. Two times I wanted during the reserved delivery time and nobody showed up. They tried to deliver it on a random day when I was not around. Finally, on the third attempt, the delivery was done during the scheduled time. However, there was a rip at the bottom of the couch.

The delivery process was a nightmare (and couch is damaged as a result), but I LOVE the couch. I originally wanted a pure white sofa, but this light oatmeal color is very beautiful and a perfect fit for my space. I sleep on this couch a lot. It is very comfortable and sturdy. And somehow, the fabric even conceals shed fur from my cats. I’ll definitely repurchase when this wears down.

I purchased two sofas in the white color and I am in love! First: it’s not white, it’s more of a light oatmeal- which I love. The couches are deep, firm, and very sleek. They look so much more expensive than they are. These look SO similar to the Bernhardt Colette sofa (look them up) - which are double the price!!! I noticed some people discussing the firmness of the couch.. honestly, it’s the perfect amount of firm for me. It seems to also be getting softer over time. The 88 inch sofa seats 3 grown adults comfortably (possibly 4) and is long enough to lay down on with extra room still left. If you’re looking for a super fluffy couch that you completely sink into, then this might not be the one. But if you’re looking for more of an elegant, sleek look and still comfy, this is the one!

If there were any "Rivets" in it...but there werent. The overall construction.is garbage, the crating is pathetic and the truck it came in was a hot mess of strone orders and two drivers one who couldn't take listening to the others "65k" convo that was laden with vulgar prideful unproductive disrespectful language. The whole experience of buying upholstery of this caliber and the delivery experience is inexcusable! Jeff Besos should stop with the space shipped deal with the USS AMAZON ON THIS PLANET IN REAL TIME! Let RichardBranson fly around the atmosphere...he doesn't exploit products as luxury when the only luxury is being able to afford to buy REAL UPHOLSTERY ELSEWHERE!

This couch is over all a great purchase. Only complain: stains are very difficult to clean. I have a 6 month old. She spit up on it a couple of times and the spots are still visible in spite of cleaning immediately and spot treating.
