I like the price, the performance was good it kept the room cool. The size of the unit fit my apt window perfectly. It was easy to install. The only thing I didn’t like was it was a little noisy when it comes on but I can deal with that.

Heads up. I bought this air conditioner and thought it was good. I rarely use it and it worked OK. When we moved our garbage cans near where the window unit was I started noticing a smell. Ac only cools the air in the room so I didn't think it could be the trash smell getting in. However it persisted and got way worse anytime I turned on ac. Well I have some techs look at it and they let me know that the Styrofoam insulation that has been pressed together still is leaking air. I guess most companies do this but then seal it with metal. This one has no metal. So that means all smell from outside is not pushed into your house. Your also blowing in hot air making it incredibly inefficient even though it's energy star. I did alot of research too before ordering and it got good marks. Buyer beware. ... show more

Easy to put together, it keeps my living room, kitchen and V.I.P. section really cold! I've brought 2! The other is in my room. Is a bit noisy but not to bad. Easy to control and the size is not to big. It's between small and medium.

I was disappointed by loud operation of this AC unit. There is no low setting for the cool air. The remote instructions are very confusing. I bought it to cool my bedroom down on the hot humid nights we have been having. It does cool the room down but makes a lot of noise doing it. I thought it would have a low quiet setting to do this but it doesn't. What you do have is a loud fan on a timer that turns on and off. ... show more
