I have found this grate is too small for most campground fire pits. My main issue is the fact that after 1 or 2 uses, the grate started to warp and come apart, causing sharp ends you can hurt yourself on. If you have limited desk space and looking for a stand to keep your heavy gaming PC off the floor look no further. It’s sturdy, vented, well built and long enough to accommodate. Shhhhh and it’s also a great camping grill but I haven’t tried that yet.

    • You can't cook food directly on it
The grill itself is fine, but there are better gills in this price range that include a storage bag, and that are made of a material that you can safely cook directly on. This grate has a disclaimer that says not for direct food contact. So if you want to grill a steak, burger, hot dogs, whatever, you need to line it with foil or cook those items in a pan. I also find that the legs are a bit to short. This puts the grate very close to the fire, which makes it easy to get your surface to hot, and also makes it hard to feed the fire when needed. I find myself finding ways to prop up the legs to make it taller. ... show more
