I think it's fine, it doesn't sting your mouth when used, rather it's the reverse, it tastes sweet and tempts you to swallow a bit, (which I haven't) but if it's doing the job for fighting gingivitis and killing a few germs along the way, it's a painless and rather tasty way to do so.

    • Probably effective, but blue coloring is undesirable.

Less burning than Crest's version of Cetylpyridinium Chloride. However, the formulation has a lot of undissolved blue coloring, leaving bits/blotches in the sink that requires rinsing off immediately. Also turns teeth blue temporarily (the bottle has warnings, but it's really jarring to see it).

Always used the same mouthwash - Walmart brand Antiseptic (blue bottle). Wasn't able to get it, so I tried this. The taste is different, but not bad. I'd say it's actually better.
