Quite easy to unpack unlike some other furniture I've built before. Just snip the zip ties without some kitchen shears. I like they packed all the screws and tools in a card blister pack instead of a dozen plastic baggies. Easy to keep track of. The build wasn't too bad, as long as you the instructions and follow carefully. Came together in 15 minutes without any help. Felt sturdy and easily held up to some jumping and bouncing. I didn't hear any creaking or loose bits. Provided full support for my 12-inch mattress. Good height to slide a bunch of boxes and toolboxes under my bed. Effective use of space.

Edit: I set the bed frame up with a lot of struggles because of the lack of written directions. There seems to be a trend leaning away from written instruction and using only illustrations. Some things are just not clear without the written word. That said, this frame is simple (not the instructions, though) and seems to be well made. It seems very sturdy. I'm happy with the final product. I don't know if this product is any good yet, I haven't even been able to put it together. It angers me that there are no directions, only pictures. We can read, I assume you can write. PLEASE include instructions instead of a book with with only tiny diagrams! I can't make out what some of the pictures are even trying to get across!

This box frame came with screws, Allen wrenches and nuts as well as the metal. All the metal pieces were labeled with a big sticker to help identify it all. With instructions, it took 45 minutes to put together by one adult. It's a very affordable box frame. It doesn't have guards so if you flop or jump on the mattress on top of the frame, it will likely move. But if you lay on it then the mattress will be fine.

This seems to be a pretty decent and cheap bed frame. It also should have been more straightforward to put together than it was. I put the screws in the wrong direction the first time around on the first step of the instructions, then I realized I put them on the wrong side and had to fix them all again!!! Haha, that was my bad. Other than that, it went pretty well. My only complaint, is that this says it's compatible with headboards and footboards, and has the holes to appear so, but they aren't very compatible with my daughter's convertible crib headboard & footboard. So much that I could only use one connection hole on each side of the headboard and didn't even bother with the footboard.

Solid metal queen bed frame that holds up to 750lbs. Assembly is required, but easy to put together (suggest 2 ppl) and I love how it doesn't require a box spring mattress. This came right on time as we are finishing a guest room in the basement. I still have to purchase a mattress, but I am happy with my purchase. Good quality and value for the price. The 14 inch height makes it easy for my guests to put their suitcases under the bed when they visit. Color is neutral and just fine too.
