Ordered two. One back when I got my grill and one just recently when I discovered that somebody took it off in my winter storage spot and tossed it on the ground in a muddy spot. (Didn't want to deal with cleaning both sides of it.) Strangely the second one had an attached pouch to fold it up into if you put it away and the first one didn't. Both only have one velcro strap to hold them down after putting them on the grill. I would recommend two or more to fully keep it down in extremely windy conditions. However it works great and looks great too. I expect it to last a very, very long time.

Pros: The cover fits well and looks nice. Cons: The cover is a little thin and only has one velcro strap to hold it on. Cover has blown off a couple of times during high winds (30+ mph gust)

This Weber grill cover fits perfect. However it is a bit thin. It's already torn in one spot.

Update 2: It's now over 4 years, and I just noticed a small hole in 1 spot. Definitely worth the money. Update: It's now been 3 1/2 years, and this cover is still going strong. Had some fading in the blackness, and the Velcro strap came off. But that was easily remedied with the grommet kit I mentioned in my original review. As others have stated, this is the cover for the Weber Kettle 26". Somewhat disappointed though. While it does almost cover the whole grill top to bottom, you can tell the material is not very durable, and will more than likely need a replacement in a few years. The ones that Amazon supplies has great durability, and I've had them lastover 3 years, but it doesn't fit. So that's one issue. The other is that there is only one securing strap. I recommend that you get a grommet kit like the General Tools 71264, and you put at least 1 in for another leg to prevent wind from blowing it off. .

I bought this in hopes that it would fit on the Weber Summit Kamado E6 (the one without the gas igniter). The Summit cover is outrageously priced and I thought this might be a good alternative. While it will fit over the top, it is very tight and not nearly long enough. I ended up begrudgingly buying the Summit cover from the Weber site when I was able to get a discount.

I needed a new cover for my Akorn smoker when the factory cover fell apart. My weber gas grill cover has held up nicely for the past 3 years in the the New England snow and weather(and still going) so I thought I would try it on my Akorn. It fits well, maybe not perfect but it clears the fold up shelves and matches my weber gas grill cover. hopefully it will last as long as my gas grill cover.
