I buy these for my grandma who now has a hard time walking, and she loves them so much! She can't always make it to the restroom on time so she requested diapers a few months back after a stay in the hospital. The price and quality is honestly really good. My grandma is a VERY picky person and she complains about everything! I recently made the switch from pads to disposable pants after several years of not-quite-good-enough coverage. It was a difficult transition, because no one wants to truly admit they have a problem with incontinence. I suffer from urinary urgency and pads were great for a long time. But my weakening bladder began putting the pads to the test, and I began experiencing unacceptable & uncomfortable leaks. I tried a major brand of underwear first and they weren't bad. But I found they were very irritating to my skin. The protection was awesome though! I felt SO much more secure than when wearing pads I knew I was on the right track. After researching everything available, I realized cost would def be a consideration. Disposable pants are more expensive than pads. So I figured it was a no brainer to give Amazon brand another try. They had provided me with a great quality pad for many years, at a very affordable price. So why not? I bought the XL as recommended by the chart and the fit is perfect. I like the construction. They feel soft, stretchy - but sturdy, and not like they are liable to fall apart at any moment. The material is just the right thickness. After you have them on for an hour or so, they just feel like underpants. The leg openings are somewhat high cut, but that's ok for me. I have always bought high cut panties, so once again - perfect. There is no obnoxious perfuming to these pants which I'm grateful for. I imagine that is what caused the burning skin irritation in the other brand. Still I'm not finding odor to be that much of a problem. It's only natural for urine to have odor. But it is absorbed and contained in such a way that the smell is minimal. I can't say I've tried every brand on the market. But I read plenty of reviews by folks who say they have - and still ended up buying Amazon. So I couldn't be better satisfied. Excellent product, great price, and I have the added security I need. Look I know it's hard to buy this kind of product. Nobody wants to feel like they are losing control of their life; and incontinence is exactly that, if anything is! But you really need to take this bull by the horns and manage it. There is never shame in caring for yourself and your personal dignity. Being in denial and walking around in wet clothes is 1000 times worse. You will get used to wearing these pants pretty fast, as I did. And chances are, you won't ever want to go back to life without them.

I purchased these during my postpartum recovery and they've been a lifesaver. The fit is comfortable and true to size - not bulky like I expected. It’s hard to give stars for something that you despise using. I’ve tried, probably 10, and my favorites are the Amazon brand. Amazon does all it is supposed to do. The most comfort, absorbent and best price. Depends fit the best, but weren’t as absorbent. And are quite expensive. Teva are soft but they leaked on me. They took too long to absorb and urine leaked out of the leg opening. The crotch section was too bulky for me and fit poorly. There have been many others that I can’t remember but I’ve stuck with Amazon. I’ve also bought 2 other mail order brands That I didn’t like at all.

I was getting so annoyed at getting my pads to stay put on my undies, and the worries of is it still in place when i move or stand. I even tried switching brands so i dont know what the issue was. I got these with the intention of something i know my pad would stay put. But the padded area was thicker than I expected. I remembered them being advertised for postpartum, so i decided to try them for my period without a pad on top and i am so glad i did. I've been using them for my period for a couple months now and its great. I dont have to worry about a pad not sticking or being in the right spot when i move. Highly recommend, especially if you have arthritis!

I purchased these for postpartum lochia after using up my pack of Always postpartum disposible underwear. These functionally work great, but are not nearly as comfortable as the Always, hence my 3 stars.

I have tried almost every brand and type of adult diapers and I have. Found that these Adult diapers to be the very best. All the brands I have tried have been tight or pull in the wrong way. The pkg size is 16 and it runs about $13.00.
