  • Great for feeding / watering on vacation
Style: Waterer + Feeder Size: Small
Going out of town for 4 days, which is kind of at the far edge of how long I'd leave the cats to their own devices. We have a large (2.8L) water fountain, which is probably sufficient, and I can always fill more bowls of food, but I worry about what happens if the water fountain gets knocked over or something. I know, it's crazy but we leave the toilet lid up "just in case". So these are a nice insurance policy, and cleaner than little bowls of cat food all over the kitchen. The water dispenser holds 4L and has a clever cap that opens when the container is locked into place, preventing spills while filling. The cats don't care that we're gone as long as they have food, water, and a comfy place to sleep, but I can feel better about leaving them alone now. ... show more

  • Nice large feeders
Style: Waterer + Feeder Size: Large
Bought for our dog so we could leave for vacation. They worked great and lasted several days while we were gone. Had someone come by and check on our dog while gone and they never had to replenish it.

  • Perfect set up and saves time!
Style: Waterer + Feeder Size: Large
Very easy set up! We have two barn kitties and this works perfect. It’s easy to set up and quite large. Which is really nice and saves me so much time. I used to go and feed daily. I am assuming will last a week for sure if not two!

  • Decent Water Feeder, But Smaller Than Expected
Style: Waterer Size: Small
This water feeder does the job, but I was a bit disappointed with the size. Based on the description and images, I expected it to hold more water. It still works well for my needs, but I find myself refilling it more often than I’d like. Pros: ✅ Easy to set up and use ✅ Sturdy and well-made ✅ Water flows well without leaks Cons: ❌ Smaller capacity than expected ❌ Would be better for smaller pets or fewer animals If you don’t need a large water feeder, this is a solid choice. However, if you’re looking for something that holds a lot of water, you may want to consider a bigger option. ... show more

  • Reliable Water Jug
Style: Waterer Size: Small
I've had this one for almost 6 years and it's still in good working order. I have two dogs ranging from 25 - 50lbs and this is works perfectly.

  • Good for price
Style: Waterer Size: Small
Actually quite sturdy and well built compared to our old one. The base feels hardy and easy to clean. The bottle part is also quite sturdy. Not a problem can’t get in there to scrub. I just soak and rinse with dish soap and occasionally bleach it.

  • Cheap Water Bottles Didn't Last a Week!
Style: Waterer + Feeder Size: Small
I really wanted to like these, really wanted them to work great. Especially for the price. But, you do get what you pay for. There are several problems with these feeders, that I know other purchasers have experienced. A few not a big deal. These being the design, where the food does not feed well into the bowl. The other, the valve on the water jug being rather cheap. It's easy for the cap and spring to pop off, while you're refilling it with water. Or, while you're trying to fit the filled bottle back into the base. The biggest problem is the very cheap, thin-gauge plastic they use on the water and food bottles. Your pets, dogs or cats, have to get used to eating and drinking out of a new style food and water bowl. And hey, dog and cats are dogs and cats. They're going to check it out, stand up on it, maybe even play with it. Your dogs, or cats, do not have to have the sharpest claws or sharpest teeth, to do the one thing you don't want... PUNCTURE the bottle in any way. Especially the water bottle. For the gravity system to work on the water bottle, it's not just the valve on the cap of it. For this system to work, without the water overflowing out of the bowl...the water bottle has to stay sealed. Meaning, it can't have any punctures from claw or teeth marks, to where air can get it in, meaning the water bottle is no longer sealed and air-tight. When you fill up the bottle, you may or may not notice a little water dripping from somewhere. You may think you leaked a little from your sink. But, if you put the bottle back in the base and walk away, you will later find the floor of your kitchen, living room, pantry, wherever you keep your pet's food and water bowl... completely flooded, as all of the water has drained out of the bottle, for no longer being sealed. I bought two sets of these for my dog. The first water bottle didn't last a week, before it developed a small enough hole, that water overflowed all over my kitchen floor. My dogs and their curiosity, punctured the water bottle. they also punctured the food bowl, but that's no issue, as it's only holding food. There's no air pressure that has to hold the food in. My second water bottle also sustained the smallest hole. Luckily, I had some glue onhand, specifically for plastic. And when I repaired the hole, water no long flowed all over my floor. It stayed in the bottle and the bowl, like it's supposed to. My dogs are not rowdy, their nails stay trimmed. So, it should not have been that easy for one of these cheap, plastic bottles to sustain a hole so quickly and easily. Hey, you could accidentally drop a fork, a knife, anything somewhat heavy with a sharp edge on the water bottle, and it will easily put a hole in it. It only has to be the tiniest hole for water to get in. And before you know it, you have water running all over your floor. Who remembers the gravity feeder, where you used an empty 2 liter bottle? Those worked great. You didn't need to have any kind of valve on the top, for them to work perfectly with no leaks. Reason being, they were made of a durable enough plastic, that they didn't develop holes so easily from your dogs or cats even remotely messing with them. If you haven't experienced this problem yet, then good for you. Was something I was certainly not expecting, even when I got these and set them up. I did so, as my dogs drink a lot of water and they always have food onhand, without having to come and pester me about it. But, give it time. Purely by accident, your water bottle could develop a hole. And you will find yourself cleaning up a messy, watery mess, that will require a lot of mopping and a bucket. If this company made both the food and water bottles out of a more durable plastic, like the 5-gallon water jugs that you buy...these would be some of the best, most durable feeders on the market. This isn't a problem they considered when manufacturing such a cheap product. And something you wouldn't expect to happen, until it actually does. Too late for a refund on these. I would accept a refund from the company. But, if they offered to send me another set...I would politely decline. Because, they would be sending me the same, cheap plastic bottles that they use. Same goes for other very similar gravity feeders out there. My recommendation: avoid at all costs. ... show more

  • Water valve is of Poor Design.
Style: Waterer Size: Small
I have used this water dispenser for nearly one year with great success until recently. The problem lies with the water valve design and construction. It consists of a spring-loaded plunger that keeps the water bottle sealed until you invert it into the base. What has happened is that the spring has pushed the plunger out of alignment so that when I place it into the base, the valve jams and will not open. I am going with a different pet water dispenser on Amazon that has a sturdier-looking water valve. ... show more
