It's an okay couch. It was very easy to put together, but comfort wise...it's definitely lacking. The price point slightly makes up for this though. Do note, it is most definitely smaller than it seems in the pictures. My back goes over the back end of it, and I usually need to prop myself up with a pillow. That said, because it's small, it doesn't take up much space in my tiny apartment, so it's great for that and is easy to slide around. It could definitely use some more cushion, it's not comfortable to sit on for long periods of time.

I’m honestly so impressed with this sofa. It looks sleek and modern, but what really surprised me is how functional and comfortable it is. The linen fabric feels soft to the touch and breathable, which is perfect for long sitting = no sweaty backs. It feels like it’ll hold up well over time too. The split-back convertible design is such a cool feature. I can keep one side upright while reclining the other, which is great when I’m watching TV and someone else is reading next to me. And when I have overnight guests, it easily converts into a sleeper — way more comfortable than an air mattress. The cushions are made of slow-rebound memory foam, and you can definitely tell. They offer just the right amount of support without being too firm. I’ve even napped on it a few times and woke up without any aches, which says a lot. Also, assembly was surprisingly easy. It comes packed in a single box and took maybe 15 minutes from start to finish. It’s the perfect size for my room and the space-saving design is a plus. For anyone looking for a comfy, practical, and good-looking futon-style loveseat, this one’s definitely worth it.

This might work better in an office or waiting room, it certainly is not big enough for an average adult to sleep on. When flat it has a slight bump in the middle. I tried using it as a living room side couch but it was a little low, the arms would flatten when leaned on and where the center connector were it would move so sat uneven. Maybe a kids room as long as they didn’t jump all over it. It’s one redeeming quality is when I put it together and set it up as a couch it looked pretty cool, I really wanted to like it. It’s reasonably priced and easy to assemble.

My biggest pro for this futon is how easy it is to setup. It comes with a 6mm allen wrench, which I would recommend for the 4 end legs on the side, as they are angled vs the 2 straight legs in the middle. I used the provided allen wrench and my own ratchet on a 6mm hex bit, it took maybe 10mins to do all 6 legs. I would recommend a 2nd person to help flip it once the legs are installed. Otherwise, the cushion is actually not bad (I wasn’t expecting anything life changing here), I’ve definitely sat on worse. It can unfold into a bed easily and maintains a balanced comfortability whether upright or flat. If you’re looking for a quick-easy to setup futon, with decent comfortability and multi-use features, that can fit in most dorm/living/bed/office/game rooms, this is definitely not a bad choice. Durability/quality remains to be seen.
