I previously ordered this product almost six years ago, just to quickly get something for my home office. To my shock and surprised, it was genuinely quite comfortable, even moreso than some expensive chairs I've tried. Over the years, I've been able to chill, work, and game in this chair for very long periods with no issues. Never saw an urgent need to replace it. Of course, no good thing lasts forever, and after over a half-decade of constant use, the stitching on the seat was starting to fray apart and the padding had compacted down a fair bit. Time for a replacement. I didn't expect this exact product to still be available... but to my pleasant surprise, here it remains! Bought again without hesitation. It's cheap, comfortable, and dependable - what's not to love?

the assembly was super easy. the chair has good seat padding thickness, but is very narrow. when i sit down in it i actually push the arms apart a bit with my rear to get in the seat. and then the armrests are actually pressing against my love handles, and im not obese. its a small fit chair, so if you have a wide hip and rear you might want a different chair for sure. it tilts fine, swivels fine, hydraulics work fine, and materials seem pretty sturdy. but the seat size is made for a small person and that is really something to consider before buying.. update. i installed the arm rests backwards. after switching them, the chair is perfect.

I have purchased this chair twice. First time around 2016. It was flawless and very comfortable. Never had ant issues. 2018 I moved and sold it, for like 20 bucks. Bought another one in 6/2020. It was mostly good. I started having problems because it would sink for no reason in less than a year. I tried to return it but no dice, Then that issue went away. Last month, July, All the super thin leather started peeling off So I started taping the peels trying to save it. Didn't help much. Then, it started sinking again, constantly. Basically, I got four years use out of it. Will be looking for another brand this time. Probably not leather.Update, 2025, January. I bought a new chair from Az. Their best selling chair, 40 bucks. Looks great, but doesn't fit my body. Not worth returning after assembly. So, I bought another of my old same, same. ( BTW, I think all these different brands all use the same spring for height, tilt, etc.)And wow!, either they changed the foam or it was just wore out. This new chair is just, well different. It's fabulous. More firm, more comfortable, just more better! Happy with this repeat purchase. Better wheels, better cushion, not sinking, yet. (I think all these chairs have the same pneumatic piston.)( from China) Still, probably a 4-5 year chair. Cushions will probably soften over the years. I sit about 8-10 hours a day in it. So your mileage may very.

I’m very happy with this chair. Working from home, I was sitting at the kitchen table in a wood chair and my back would start getting sore after a couple of hours. Doesn’t happen with this chair. It was easy to assemble too.

I will try to be as honest as possible because I depend on other people's reviews and feel I want to help the best I can: Back in 2017 I bought 2 of these chairs for my wife and myself. At the time we could afford them, they seemed well made, and they were small enough to fit in our office together, but large enough to be comfortable. When we get home from work, we sit in our desk chairs a lot, plus my wife has an accounting business in the evenings. They were already getting plenty of use when COVID in 2020 hit and we both found ourselves working from home for a year or more, and now sitting most of the day in those chairs. So, I was not surprised when a few months ago, both of them suddenly started shredding their fake leather cushion covers. Little pieces at a time. But the hydraulics worked, the arms were on strong, and the base was in great shape. We had upgraded the Wheels to those roller-blade styles, and even they were in good shape. 7 Years is a pretty good run for a Fake Leather well-used desk chair. I started searching for 2 replacement chairs. I could now afford a better chair I thought. However, unless I want to enter a whole new zone, all desk chairs use fake leather. After searching Amazon for 2 months, I finally realized, if these AMAZON BASIC chairs can meet all my needs, and not break down until the fake leather starts flaking off under heavy use in 7 years’ time … why not just try them again. To be cautious I bought one to test it. I had forgotten how easy to read the instructions were, how easy to figure out and how quick and easy to put together. I allowed an hour and was done in 12 minutes, INCLUDING taking the old chair apart so I could throw it away. (I kept the bolts from the old chair just in case.) This new Chair was an exact duplicate of the old Chair from 2017. The parts, the size, the quality, and the looks. Frankly it’s as if I am in my old chair except without peeling fake leather. I will say this. Because it happens gradually, the old chair had kind of conformed to my body and butt. This new one feels stiffer and stronger in the places where the old one had weakened. I was pleased enough to just go ahead and buy the 2nd chair so now I have two new chairs side by side that match and to be honest my brain does not even think anything differently when I walk into the room and see them. I think my brain still sees those same chairs from 2017. I highly Recommend. Good luck.
