It's nice and soft, and I had to check the tag because I thought I'd ordered a blanket made of Poly, but this seemed more like really nice, soft wool. But, nope. It's washable polyester. I was also surprised to see it's a "tumble dry low" fabric. That's convenient. I don't have to hang a wet blanket and it's dry in 20 minutes? Sweet! Did I mention it's super soft? It really is. I like the look of the gray on it. It gives it detail and depth, and doesn't need to be busy or complicated or anything but itself, a self which could go great with any style from Industrial to Victorian to Coastal to kids' rooms and blend in seamlessly with whatever else ya got goin' on in there without trying to get the decor to go it's direction at all, as it almost lacks it's own except that all alone with no surroundings I might go with Ski Lodge or Industrial, or .... Well, maybe it has all of them and not "none", which I admit was a bit rude. But this blanket is a champ and forgives me, and now I know for sure that it really is, in every way, a nice blanket, so warm and so friendly, and right now I really just want to cuddle up with it and watch a movie, so I'm going now. . .Okay, bye mhm bbye......So cozy ... ... show more

This is my toddler's new favorite blanket. This can't matte and collect gunk like their old favorites that were fuzzy soft blankets. The color is more neutral but it coordinates with more. so far the tassels are staying less tangled. I've had an item change on me in the far past. Color is pretty and it washes good. But it’s synthetic and feels that way. The size is a good throw blanket size. The reason for the three stars is because this blanket looks like those 1990’s cotton woven throw blankets but this one isn’t anything like it. I was let down by that.
