After opening it, I found loose thread ends everywhere. I gently washed it with cold water according to the instructions, but the fabric started to ball up severely. Even when reassembled, it couldn't fit properly on the mattress base and kept sliding, forming a ball under the baby. No matter how I tried to tidy it up, I couldn't solve this problem.

I really like this infant support cushion. It feels reliable, well-made, and very helpful for those quick supervised moments when I need to set my baby down safely nearby. My baby absolutely loves this lounger, and it does exactly what I needed it to do. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the color was different from what I expected. In the pictures, it appears to be a dark brown, but the one I received is a much lighter brown/tan shade. It’s not a dealbreaker since I can always buy a different cover, but it was disappointing. I also thought it came with a carrying case based on the product photos. Instead, it only includes a thin plastic cover, which feels pretty cheap and isn’t really a carrying case. Other than those issues, the lounger itself works great and my baby loves it.

My lil chicken nugget refuses to sleep without it its also great for tummy time, he seems to absolutely love it plus its pretty dang big so he's got room to stretch out and the cover it comes with is super soft
