Too bad Amazon doesn't have a "ZERO Star" option. Utter garbage, and return system with Amazon is horrible...not a human to interact with. Bought 2 blenders...Blender #1 was defective, would not even turn on! Wasn't even going to bother with #2, after seeing the cheap plastic gears that drive the blender. The media could not be loaded. Blender never worked upon delivery, plugged it in immediately and also next day with different plug ports which were functioning with other devices asides the blender, no functioning at all, had to use from a friend , dissapointed is an understatement!

It does its job but we had one issue. The very first time I used it I randomly shut off and I literally thought we got a defective one. I wrote a bad review and was about to post it when I decided to test it again and read the instructions. It had overheated and needed to cool down. Now we know to use it slowly and if it overheats it will stop working. Which is fine. It works great now that we know how to use it properly. ... show more
