I’ve “grown” since I first walked in my master’s ceremony and needed a bigger one as we walk in our graduation regalia with our students in the spring. The gown in the plus size is about 1 1/2 inches wider at the shoulder than the regular size. The hook in the sleeves is 3 inches longer than my original gown and the “hook” is less pronounced. I’m very happy to have a replacement for my original. The quality is about the same as my Jostens (I wore it first in 2008). I took a star off for the hook difference. I’ll probably adjust it myself before my next walk, but the price was acceptable. Keep in mind if you’re ordering one that you need to give it time to arrive, as it was not a one or two day shipment, and I forgot that I ordered it before it arrived, lol. ... show more

Perfect to avoid the $100+ cost through the school but this is thin and cheap. Definitely a bit pricy for how cheap it is but for about 1/2 the cost it works.
