If you have kids these are better than the normal Amazon basics batteries, the only difference I can discern is the shelf life with these being half of what the yellow ones are. But for the price these are unbeatable especially as you're putting them in all the Christmas toys and whatnot.

These are great for medium use, remote control type stuff or wall clock, but they will run down quick if you use them with something that demands more power like a wireless lapel mic… so not reliable for live production because they will fail in less than an hour show. But oddly enough they last months in a automatic chicken coup door… and even longer in a remote control. ... show more

The long shelf life is a big plus, making it easy to stock up without worrying about them expiring anytime soon. My only complaint—and the reason for 4 stars—is that a few batteries in the pack didn’t seem to last as long as the rest, which made the performance a little inconsistent.
