We have been using it for about two weeks during a heat wave, and it is holding up great so far. It cools down our bedrooms extremely quickly, and even our large living room gets a noticeable temperature drop. Setup was straightforward. The included window kit fit our standard window, just be sure to measure your space first. The controls are simple to use, and I like having the different modes for cooling, drying, and fan-only. It is easy to roll between rooms because of the built-in wheels, and the remote is handy. Noise level is about what you would expect for a portable AC. Overall, this unit has made a huge difference for us. If you are in a similar situation without central air and facing hot weather, I would definitely recommend it.

Easy setup, under 5 mins. Blows decently cool air after after 10-15 mins of initial use... worth the price for features and return policy peace of mind

This was a flop
I’ll be returning this, doesn’t cool at all, pretty sure I just cost myself a huge energy bill for keeping Irvin and seeing if it’ll work. I was super hopeful. Just bought a house with no AC and it’s unbearable during the hot months, I got a dumpy/smalker/cheaper one that works 10 times better. I knew better than to buy the Amazon brand but here we are 🤦🏼♀️. It looked promising, flopped on performance. I will agree it’s easy to install, but why waste the time if it isn’t going to work? In the end I had better luck with my overhead fan and boy was this guy loud.

Cools a bedroom when Grandpa keeps the heat blasting!
This unit is easy to install but it requires at least a 15 amp circuit operating by itself. Did not “cooperate” when other electrical devices were on the same 15-amp circuit; tripped the arc fault breaker. Runs great when on its own circuit. Easy to sleep to. Remote control is simple and intuitive.

Decent at best but weak for 12k BTU
Easy to setup and move around. Terribly loud though and for a 12,000 BTU its cooling abilities are not that good. I should have bought another u-shaped ac instead.

If you can afford it… Get it! One time hit for days and nights of unmatched comfort!
It is probably going to die (hopefully not) as I am using it in 110 degree Las Vegas heat and keeping my room at a perfect 70’s (I fluctuate my needs between 70-75) I hope this thing works forever as it was easy to install the window vent and it works great! It is loud but my tv can go louder so no complaints lol

It Cools the room, but you might consider another brand or buy some ear plugs.
So far not really happy with this product. First off it is really loud. I mean really annoyingly loud. We also have a Hisense one that is much quieter. The Hisense one is also half the BTU rating and cools just as well as this one. This one does the job, but the noise is a real bummer. One other thing is you can set the temperature down to 62 degrees on this but when the room gets to around 70 degrees it will turn itself off. It will keep the room at 70 which is plenty cool enough for me, but it will not bring the room down to 62. I am hoping maybe after it breaks in (if that's a thing) that it will get quieter, but I highly doubt it......
