This seems to work great. I was able to shred a plastic grocery bag that was full without waiting for it to cool down. The only small thing I noticed was that the slot to put papers in seemed a little tight. It fits normal sheets of paper fine, however you have to make sure you like it up perfectly. I would have liked a bit more leeway. Over all seems great for price.

This shredder works very well. It's a lot less expensive than most on the market, and this one definitely does it's job.. No paper jams, nothing but cross cut paper in the bucket. Does a great job on those expired credit cards as well.

I was skeptical about this item, as I had seen a few bad reviews. I can’t complain. It’s perfect for my home office’s casual usage. It is no noisier than my old unit, but is a major upgrade. It’s quicker. The full sized throat makes it easy to shred my documents, and the motor is strong enough to chew up even the thicker pages you sometimes find in your mail. The bin has a generous capacity for a SOHO, although emptying it is still, like most shredders, a little messy. Over all, it does the job and works well.

This is a good basic shredder for home use or a small business, for occasional use. It's lightweight and easy to use, and it just works. It can't handle too many pages at a time, maybe 3 max, but once it's set on auto you can keep running pages through it. I've found it to be fast and efficient. It jammed once, probably too many pages, and took tweezers to get the last of it out. The instructions say its max run time is 3 minutes at a time but I've probably used it for longer than that and it's been fine. Not for heavy office use but for occasional home use it's great and you can't beat the price.

This is actually a little powerhouse of a shredder. It's not very tall which means you can stick it in little corners or under your window in your office, and it works great! You can shred several pieces of paper at a time which is handy. Unlike my last shredder that was bigger and bulkier but only shred like one piece of paper at a time. This guy works great! Very happy with this purchase and I would recommend.

The cutter head sits nicely atop of the almost 4 gallon basket. The over all look is nice and clean. It functions well. The cutter runs an extra second after the paper runs through it. Thus, cleaning out the blades so there's no build-up. The motor is almost quiet. This 6 sheet shredder is fun to use, and it's fast. It feels heavy duty and has good quality for the price. We got the slightly used one for 10 bucks off of the new unit. Highly recommended! A +++

Just set it up and these are my initial thoughts. Nice looking machine. I sorry I waited so long to get a new one. I like the little window on front of the ben to let you know how full it is. The handle to lift the shredder section off is really handy. Takes up a little less space than my really old one. I gave it a full work out right off and it performed very well shredding credit cards and paper. Nice controls to let you know what's going on and to manipulate it. Very good price!
