Top Amazon Reviews
Highly recommend this purchase
Size: 48 Count (Pack of 1)
I bought this 48-pack of Amazon Basics AA batteries for a mix of household devices—remote controls, wireless mice, kids' toys, and a digital clock. After three months of use, I’m thoroughly impressed with the performance. Pros: - Price per battery is unbeatable compared to big-name brands. You get 48 cells for what you’d normally pay for 24. - Longevity is solid. In a high-drain wireless mouse, they lasted about 40% longer than a store-brand economy pack I tried before. - Shelf life is real: I still have a sealed pack from a year ago that shows full voltage when tested. - No leakage so far, even in devices left on for weeks. Cons: - Not rechargeable—so for heavy-use gadgets like game controllers, you might want to rechargeables. These are best for moderate-use or backup items. - Packaging can be tough to open; you’ll need scissors to get the first few out. Overall: If you need a bulk supply of reliable, long-lasting alkaline batteries without paying a premium, this is the best deal on Amazon. I’ve recommended it to family and will buy again.

Excellent Value and long lasting performance
Size: 36 Count (AA/LR6)
I’ve purchased these Amazon Basics AA batteries several times, and they continue to be a great value. The price is lower than many name-brand batteries, yet the performance has been excellent. The batteries last a long time in everyday devices like TV remotes, wireless mice, clocks, and toys. I also appreciate the 10-year shelf life because I can buy them in bulk and always have extras on hand without worrying about them losing their charge. If you’re looking for dependable AA batteries at a reasonable price, these are definitely worth buying. Great quality, long-lasting power, and an outstanding value for the money.

Great value for the price
Size: 48 Count (Pack of 1)
Grabbed these during the Prime sale earlier this month. 48 AA batteries for what I paid was honestly a steal compared to what you’d pay for name-brand batteries in packs of 8 or 16 at the store. I’ve been running through a good chunk of the box already — some in my kids’ toys, a few in TV remotes, a couple in a wireless mouse, and even some in a flashlight I keep in the garage. So far every single one has worked right out of the pack, no duds. Voltage seems consistent too (I checked a few with a multimeter out of curiosity, and they were all right around 1.5V I can’t speak to the 10-year shelf life yet for obvious reasons, but Amazon Basics batteries have a decent track record in my experience, so I’m not too worried about leakage down the line. I’ll update this review if anything changes, but for now these are exactly what I needed — reliable batteries in bulk without paying Duracell prices. Just remember these are single-use, not rechargeable, so don’t go tossing them on a charger like I almost did out of habit. Would buy again.

Unbeatable Bulk Value for Low-to-Mid Drain Devices
Size: 48 Count (Pack of 1)
When managing a high-density equipment load—from patrol vehicle remotes to household sensors—the cost of name-brand power can scale quickly. The Amazon Basics 48-Pack AA Alkaline Batteries is a pragmatic "stockpile" solution that prioritizes sheer quantity and cost-efficiency over extreme high-drain endurance. Consistent Performance Across Daily Gear These 1.5V alkaline cells are engineered for reliable service in everyday electronics. In real-world testing, they perform on par with standard alkaline competitors when used in clocks, TV remotes, and wireless keyboards. Capacity: They typically deliver around 1900mAh at low discharge rates (200mA), which is competitive for their price point. Compatibility: They work seamlessly in game controllers and standard flashlights, providing steady power without the rapid "voltage drop" found in lower-tier generic brands. Emergency Readiness and Shelf Life The advertised 10-year shelf life is a critical feature for emergency kits and low-use equipment. Leak-Resistant Design: The construction includes a triple-layer safety valve to help prevent leaks, making them safer for long-term storage inside expensive equipment like digital cameras or portable radios. Bulk Packaging: The frustration-free cardboard box makes it easy to keep the remaining 47 batteries organized on a workshop shelf without them rolling loose in a drawer. The "High-Drain" Reality While these are excellent for most tasks, they have limitations in professional-grade high-drain scenarios. Intensive Use: In high-power devices like RC cars or professional camera flashes, they may only last about 80% as long as premium lithium or specialized industrial cells. Environmental Impact: As single-use cells, they lack the long-term sustainability and cost-per-use benefits of NiMH rechargeables for high-rotation items like Xbox controllers. Final Verdict The Amazon Basics 48-Pack is a definitive "best bang for your buck" utility. It removes the stress of running out of power for standard household and professional accessories. While they might not be the top choice for extreme high-draw gear, their reliability, quantity, and 10-year shelf life make them a fundamental staple for any organized bench or supply closet.

Excellent Long-Lasting Batteries - Great Value!
Size: 48 Count (Pack of 1)
These Energizer Alkaline Power AAA Batteries are absolutely fantastic! The 32-count pack is such an incredible value and ensures I always have batteries on hand when needed. I've been using Energizer batteries for years, and they never disappoint. The long-lasting power is truly impressive - these batteries keep my devices running strong for much longer than other brands I've tried. I use them in everything from TV remotes, wireless keyboards, flashlights, children's toys, to gaming controllers, and they perform flawlessly in all applications. What I really appreciate is their reliable, consistent power output. They don't lose charge prematurely or leak like some cheaper batteries. The triple A size is so versatile and fits most of my household devices. The packaging is easy to open and the batteries are clearly labeled with expiration dates, which is very helpful for storage. I love that I can buy in bulk and save money while getting premium quality. These batteries hold their charge exceptionally well even when stored for extended periods. They work great in both high-drain and low-drain devices. I've noticed significantly fewer battery changes needed compared to other brands. The value for a 32-count pack is unbeatable! I highly recommend keeping a stock of these at home - you'll never regret having quality batteries ready when you need them!

I’ve had no issues with performance or reliability, and they seem to last just as long as more expensive brands for most everyday applications. For the price and quantity, these are a great value.
