It’s simple, quick, and makes solid coffee without all the extra junk. No more pods, no more waste, just real coffee. It doesn’t take up much space which is great and it’s super easy to clean. The only thing that bugs me a little is the “cup” measurement. A full pot doesn’t quite equal five real cups so keep that in mind if you’re a two mug person like me. This coffee maker arrived in perfect condition, well packed and secure in box. It is well made and attractive. It makes a good pot of coffee and is user-friendly. My first with a permanent filter, a bit difficult to empty the grounds, will try one of the disposable paper basket filters that I've used for years, if that doesn't work well, I'll stick with the washable mesh filter it comes with. ... show more

This coffee maker is what it says it is -- a very basic model. It seems a little "flimsy', but brews a good pot of hot, good tasting coffee quickly. It is easy to clean and use. My fault for realizing it when I ordered, but it does not have automatic shut off. I set a cell timer to remind me so I don't leave the house with it on.
