Most of what I found while searching for patio furniture for a new, modern home looked like my grandmother's garage sale remnants, so I was quite happy when this set arrived as it is not only less expensive than most sets, but is modern-looking with a sleek design. Finishes are all perfect and it was packed very well for shipping. The cushions are thick, comfortable, and are a great color. The assembly was easy and tools are provided, although I was very happy to have the right size hex head for my ratcheting screwdriver. TIP: don't tighten everything until the end -- you will need a little bit of wiggle room to get the arms on. Here is where the whole thing could have gone bad, but didn't: the furniture arrived with some small parts missing, so I couldn't assemble the chairs. I contacted the seller, and Oasbira had to order them from China, and took care of everything, providing tracking and keeping me informed via email in a courteous and efficient way. The parts arrived sooner than promised, along with the tools to install them. Although there was a delay in my use of the chairs, I highly recommend this seller for taking what could have been a bad experience and turning it very positive.

The media could not be loaded. This patio furniture exceeded my expectations. All Pros no Cons. Soft, Thick Cushions: Super comfortable and plush—great support. Sturdy & Well Built: Solid construction with no wobble. Easy Assembly: Quick and simple setup with clear instructions. Nice Wood Arms: Smooth, stylish wood adds a quality touch. Ordered the 4 piece set. Set is easy to assemble. I completed it in about 30 mins using a power driver with hex bit. NOTE: leave the nuts slightly loose, and set sofa/chair on its legs, add some weight to the seat (I used an 11 year old) then tighten everything down. Otherwise the units may wobble a bit. It is very light, but appears sturdy. Cushions are comfortable. It really does look much more expensive. EDIT: soda supper legs were a bit long causing sofa to wobble a bit. Contacted seller and they IMMEDIATELY sent replacements legs about 1cm shorter. Apparently there was a production run error that affected some sets. Excellent customer service!

Ok let’s be honest. We purchased the 2 chair, sofa and coffee table. Assembled was easy, however a nut was cross threaded on the package, so I had to dig into my personal stock. The chairs look good and they compliment our patio. They aren’t the most comfortable chairs. When you sit down you feel the metal supports under the cushions. Not in a bad way, but you feel them. The cushions also slide around. This is why it gets a 3 star. I will keep the chairs since they do the job and the price was fitting. Update: Below is the response we received. We chose to get the new cushions etc…. Once we receive the new products I will update as needed. Hello, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We noticed that you mentioned feeling the metal frame when sitting down, and that the cushion slides. We are truly sorry for this. Due to product optimization, the new version of the cushion is designed with straps to prevent sliding. Could you kindly confirm if the seat cushions you received have straps? If not, we would be happy to send you a replacement seat cushion covers with straps. Additionally, we are also willing to send you extra anti-slip mats. The seat cushions are wider and thicker, but due to differences in the batches of foam and fabric used for production, the firmness of the seat cushions may vary slightly, which could cause you to feel the metal frame. We sincerely apologize for this, and as a gesture of goodwill, we are happy to offer you a partial refund to you. Would you be willing to accept this? Additionally, if you are missing any parts or if any parts are incorrect, please let us know, and we will resend them to you. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to your reply. So they sent us new seat covers with the tie down straps. These straps resolved the sliding issue. What I am really happy about is the level of customer service. These guys wasted no time with addressing and resolving the issue. I Because of their level of customer service, I recommend them for future purchases.

Easy enough to put together. Some pieces came dented and/ or scratched. However, customer service quickly addressed this. Excellent customer service department. The set has been outside for 3 months now and is sturdy, holding up very well and is comfortable to sit on.
