I cannot get down on the floor to do any exercises due to health issues, and a bed is too soft to use. I set up this table--without the arm and head supports--and do my exercises on it. I keep my body centered when on it so that I don't carelessly fall off the side of it even though it is wide enough that I do feel "safe" when using it. I keep it at its lowest level (24 inches) and it is the perfect height so I can get down and up easily.
