I have been searching for the right ladder to take for overlanding. My van is lifted and does not have a mounted ladder, which I did not want. I'm able to reach my cargo boxes with ease. This compact ladder folds right up and able to store easily inside the van. It's sturdy and gets the job done. It's a little creaky and noisy at times, but does not interfere with it's structural rigidity. It doesn't weight much and can easily be transported. Would definitely recommend this over those telescoping ladders which were scary to get on!

I purchased this ladder for use with our RV and it was perfect! I folds compactly and has a carry handle for easy transport. It is very light and very stable. It tucks away nicely and does not take much room at all. Perfect for use with our RV. Great product and highly recommended!

Great ladder in all respect. I got the 6 step version so that I could work on lights, sure filters, and smoke detectors in the house. I'm 5'5 and I comfortably stand on the fourth step from the top to be able to reach the ceiling. I've tried standing on the third step from the top and I felt less secure but still manageable. At that point my head was touching the ceiling. One should never attempt to stand on the first or the second steps from the top which is also cautioned of in the manual. I felt that the 5 step version would have worked for my purposes, but the tallest version works the best. One reduced star for a bit wobbliness, though the light weight and foldability of the ladder comes at the expense of stability. I'm keeping mine.

Great portable ladder. Super compact when folded and light weight, but still sturdy. Rungs are a bit thin and need good shoes or it might hurt your feet, but thats what makes it so compact so can't complain.

Great step ladder. We got the four step ladder it is very strong and stable. It is very compact when closed and has a strap to keep it closed and even carry handles. My husband and I even stood on both sides putting up new outside lights. I do wish the steps were slightly wider but I understand the design makes that difficult.

The 5-step ladder is the version I purchased. It’s easy to use and set up, and its small profile makes storage easy in linen closets and other small spaces. It stands 5’6” at its apex, and the top rung is approximately 4’6” from the floor. Hopefully, this information helps you determine your reach with the largest size of the ladder. The ladder is sturdy, but the rod in the middle splits the rung, so it limits your foot placement to certain angles. In my opinion and experience with the ladder, this would make a great indoor ladder for quick access and use, but probably not as a “work” ladder if you’ll spend a lot of time on it painting or with similar projects. It does what it advertises, and that’s exactly what I need it for. Quick access to upper cabinets and storage areas, and a quick put away when done.

This has been a pretty good buy. It’s light weight, easy to carry around, easy to set up and collapse. I can’t quite give this five stars as in use, it is a little bit creaky and really doesn’t feel as stable as my other ladders - which are admittedly much heavier. I’d recommend this for the occasional light use around the house - if you think of it in those terms, I think it’s a good choice. I couldn’t recommend it for frequent, heavy use. For the way it creaks after just a few uses, I don’t think it would last very long. Why did you pick this product vs others?: collapsibility and convenience

Like the foldability of this ladder. Stores well in my fifth wheel. Fairly sturdy. Handles weight well. Rungs are a little narrow but not uncomfortable. Great flexibility of uses for this ladder.
