    • Open the attached small bag of screws before you start assembly.

Well made, waterproof. I assembled it alone and it took about 6 hours. One problem. There is a small package of screws attached to the large hardware card. Open and read the note before you do any assembly. I did not. Apparently they want you to use the bagged shorter screws not the ones on the card as the instructions show. I followed the instruction book and used the longer screws and could not remove them later to substitute the shorter ones. The longer screws had bottomed out and it damaged the threads so they could not be removed. I just left them in. Aside from that it was a straightforward assembly and I really like the pergola. Having this and nothing on a rainy day equals the same! The louvered roof LEAKS !! The drainage system is a joke!! Plus it came damaged and the seller is horrible to deal with! We have it up and to get the full refund we will have to take it down, pack and send it back, even though they FALSELY ADVERTISED it protects from rain! Such a headache and waste of time!! DO NOT BUY IT, and run away from DLINK seller!! ... show more

The pergola shade works well, and the installation requires some patience but is quite stable. The blade adjustment is flexible, ventilation and lighting can be taken into account, and rainy days remember to timely close to prevent water accumulation. I am very happy with the value of this purchase! The color is black and grey and is very nice! The structure feels and looks sturdy. The frame was quick and uncomplicated to put together, but the roof takes patience to assemble. I recommend this louvered pergola, especially for the reasonable price!
