I’m two weeks into using this model and Wow! This is my second mountable bidet. My first was a no-frills cold-water injection to the posterior. Not very pleasant. However, this Alpha Bidet is absolutely perfect. Adjustable warm-hot water from start to finish. Adjustable pressure, temperature, and positioning. AND the adjustments are instant. If the water is too hot or cold, one touch of the button and it instantly changes. The only thing that would make it better for me personally would be to switch to an elongated toilet and install the version that accommodates those longer toilets that most men prefer. But my spouse likes the round bowl types. It still works just fine for me, I would just like an open front. We must have our septic system serviced every 3 years ($400) because of all the toilet paper used by our five household users. Take away 90% of the paper usage and the septic clean outs could go to 8-10 years. So, installing a bidet on every toilet in a septic system pays for itself in no time at all. Buy this folks, you won’t regret it!

We have used Coco bidets for years. I was disappointed to discover that they were out of business because we needed to replace a broken one. There were two Alphas recommended by various sites. The most basic was half the price we'd previously paid the Coco. The Alpha has a smooth appearance with a lid that appears much less delicate than the Coco. Installation was easy - just hooked up to existing set up used for the Coco. What I like about the Alpha is the response speed. The water is there immediately. As with the Coco we do not use a lot of the features. When the basics work well and do the job, we're happy. I am happy to have a good looking, well constructed and practical washlet seat for a fraction of what I've paid in the past.

Got this for my wife’s birthday, she’s been wanting one of these for years. There’s every control available including seat warmmer, nightlight, water temp and aim controls. I was able to install it myself with the small hiccup of some leaking. I fixed it easily with a new rubber washer in the connectors. I personally am not a bidet person but she is thrilled. My only attempt left me horrified but to each their own. At least it doesn’t turn on automatically because I would run screaming. 😁👍🏽 I love the seat warmer though. Happy bidet-ing!

Compared to the Brondell I had before this, the design and quality is higher. I decided to switch after 2 leaks, a broken seat sensor, wash tubes that didn't extend, and icing on the cake, a burning smell. 😬 The Alpha starts faster, cleans better with less washing, and is slightly less taller in design. The easy wash and wash and dry is "1 button and done" which I was skeptical but it works great for me. The instructions were clear and it took me an hour to install as I was taking my time and I am not handy. For the lock plate, I clicked in the seat and just kept the bolts loose until I could slide the seat where I wanted it, then tightened them. Easy peesy. Not sure why they don't recommend that in the instructions.

PROS: 1) Instant warm water except for the first initial squirt, but not a deal breaker. 2) Water pressure works great for fast cleaning. 3) Very little to no noise. 4) Not many in the market has a sittable toilet cover, and not many has high end model for rounded seat. 5) Self cleaning is a plus. Comes with most higher end bidet these days. CONS: 1) The working room is a little too small for a rounded toilet. Some water splatted out depending on the orientation of your seating position. After a month in, I don't even bother using the extending the wand function. I just move my body orientation instead to get to the different spots. I imagine this will work better for elongated toilet size with more working room. 2) Heated function is a gimmick idea. You will be blow drying with your feces still in the toilet, blowing out the bad odor. Normally you wouldn't flush first while you are sitting on the toilet. If you get up to flush first, than the water will drip from your body. So, I usually wipe dry with toilet paper for practicality. Overall Conclusion: I would still buy it again experiencing the PROS and CONS.

So long as it lasts it's an amazing device. I've only ever had cold water bidets before. Having a warm seat and warm water really makes all the difference in comfort. If you want total dryness either you'll be there a while or use a sheet it two of paper to get the bulk of the water off because honestly a dryer so powerful it could dry a dripping wet booty would be... Awful. This is a warm seat, warm shower, then a nice warm and relaxing breeze dry. Install was extremely easy. So long as this lasts at least 3 years... I'll probably never go back to the old cold units.

My first electric bidet was Brondell CL 950 model. My friend recommended and I bought and installed it. Later I found out that the warm water runs out in 30 to 40 seconds. If you need a wash more than this time frame, then cold water runs through the nozzle. This was a draw-back I found in that model. Otherwise everything works ok with Brondell. I was searching for unlimited warm water bidet, and I found the ALPHA JX highly recommended by customers. I bought one and installed it and I love it. Warm water flows continuously throughout the wash time, the spray is soft and vibrating. This is the best bidet I think at an affordable price. This is little more expensive than Brondell, but it is worth. This has a white night light which turns on automatic at night. I installed it only a month ago, and I like it very much. I hope it gives a long trouble free service for the money paid.

I was skeptical but the wife wanted a bidet after our master bath remodel. It was very easy to install. I did end up replacing my water supply line from the shutoff valve with a flex line. You may not have to but something to think about. It works really well!
