The media could not be loaded. Came a day early and installed in no time. I downloaded and app to control by phone, then added to alexa. I really like the different color flames you can choose and the heat production is nice. This is for one room, don't expect to heat your house. I replaced my dated gas log FP with this and to me it works better. Plus, it looks amazing. Installation is simple but the instructions are a little strange. You can do it without them but there are some safety notes that I think are needed like the amount of separation between the fireplace and TV. I also mounted it into a drywalled frame as per instructions but I see a lot youtube vids mounting directly on the 2x4s. Note: Get it, then start to make the frame. I built my media wall first based on the instructions from the product page and when I got it, I had to modify the frame. Overall, 5 stars.

This fire place check all the boxes for me. ✅Remote control ✅iOS App ✅voice control ✅color change for flame & carbon ✅speed and brightness settings Provides a great ambiance for my living room. Everyone that came over during the holidays mentioned how great it looked. Like the speed & brightness settings for the flames but I honestly don’t tinker with it much. While I do change the color depending on what I’m watching my wife keeps it to what she considers real life colors for flame and carbon. The only thing that keeps it from five stars for me is that the logs it came with were too small for my taste. I ordered a thicker set of logs. I would also note that the heater output is minimal. This wasn’t a big deal for me but I’m not depending on this unit to keep a room warm.

The media could not be loaded. It looks good . Heat works well. But, if the light is on, there is a nonstop clicking sound. Unbelievably annoying. It sounds like a grandfather clock.

The media could not be loaded. Just finished the tile still need to install the mantle surround. Looks like the really expensive ones. So far works great easy to install. Glass is a little tricky to get back in and the baby suction cup does not work. 2 bigger ones makes its a lot easier. Wi-Fi connection was fast and easy. Has to be 2.4 WiFi not 5g (your router has both just connect to non 5G while you set up app). We opted to not use the logs. It has a ton of color combo options and a dimmer and speed setting.

We are pleased with this purchase. The fireplace was easy to hang on the wall. Make sure you read the instructions thoroughly. It is a nice focal point for our living room. Living in Florida, we do not need it to heat a room, which is good because while it does give off heat, it does not give off a lot of heat. Our living room is about 22x12 with 14-foot ceilings. On a cool evening, about 50 degrees, it took the chill off the room.
