I've had it for my office for about three weeks now and I love it! It heats up right away and you can control the temperature easily. The fan reaches a good amount and I don't really have to touch it unless it gets too hot in my office haha! It turns on automatically if it detects the temperature in the room dropped which is fantastic because, again, I don't have to touch it! The flame lights work great, sometimes I take a quick work break and stare at it for a bit to relax. Of course it doesn't look like real flames but it's still nice. When I first turned it on I smelled the plastic, but it went away after about two days. Great purchase for a great price, highly recommend if you are looking for something visually better that your average office heater, is small and works great!

This is a powerful, adorable little heater. My office is a small room It works amazing. I would be hesitant with a large bedroom. For a smaller space it is perfect! Sometimes I put it on a side table and it's fine.

Yes it puts out heat. If you want just the light on that shows the flames be prepared for an obnoxious humming sound. It will annoy you if you are trying to watch TV or work on something. I didn't think a simple light could make so much noise. I bought this for the flame ambiance and it backfired on me. UPDATE. The company has reached out to me regarding my problem and has offered to replace the defective one I have. I appreciate it very much. Like I said previously the heater itself works great. I only had a problem with a loud noise with having just the flame light on. UPDATE 12/13/2023. I received the replacement heater today and everything works great on it. No loud noises. Thank you seller.

Product arrived in a used/open box (obviously had been returned by someone else). After checking for damage, I plugged in the unit. As soon as the heating element came on, the room was filled with a bad odor (that never went away). (NOTE: I noticed that the users manual included with the heater had the same bad odor permeating the paper.) Lastly, while the "flame effect" was nice, however it was accomplished resulted in a very annoying clicking sound every 4-5 seconds. Definitely would NOT recommend purchase (I have since returned the unit for a refund.)

This tiny machine pumps out so much heat, I have it on the lowest setting and I still wish it could go lower. It turns off when it gets hot and turns back on once it cools, it is cool to the touch so my kids can't burn themselves on the unit, the flames are beautiful (I've gotten compliments!) and I definitely recommend this for small to medium spaces! I'm going to try it in a larger area but I cannot imagine being disappointed.
