UPDATE- After contacting Alpaca customer service and sending them a video demonstrating the heater blower issue, I was sent a new fully functioning unit which I then tested all the features and verified everything is operating as promised. I was also advised by Alpaca customer service there is no need to return the original defective unit. I will be installing my new beautiful and fully functioning electric fireplace in our living room. I believe Alpaca-Direct went above and beyond with how they resolved this I will definitely recommend their products and they definitely have a customer for life. The 60 inch Electric fireplace from Alpaca-Direct I received has a defective heater blower. The heating elements turn on but the blower will not spin to blow the hot air out and after a few minutes the unit automatically shots down due to the buildup heat. I contacted the seller Alpaca-Direct and requested a replacement or a full refund and all they offered was a refund if I return the unit but I have to pay for the shipping which will cost me over a hundred dollars. I will not buy anything ever again from Alpaca. ... show more

It’s very nice, extremely heavy, I don’t like the slight hum noise even with heater off. The options of colors and flame, timer, etc is nice. Rocks only one type comes, the broken fake sticks aren’t as nice but in summary it’s nice.
