This thing works great! It was very easy to set up, and we got it running quickly. It is also nice and quiet so you won't hear it all throughout the house. So far it has done a great job at reducing the humidity in our basement which is great because we have always had a problem with it being too humid which caused a build up of mold so with this we shouldn't have to worry about all the damage that having a humid basement can cause so it's totally worth the money! Overall this product works great and it is essential to have one of these if you have a basement or crawl space and live in a humid area, would highly recommended!

I’ve had the dehumidifier setup in my crawl space for about 6 weeks and it is doing what it is advertised to do. The setup was very easy as it took about 30 minutes. Within the first week it lowered the moisture content in the floor joists substantially and actually eliminated a lot of the floor creaks. I have it set at 50% humidity and it cycles on and off as needed. The system is not to heavy and is quiet when running. The only information I have not been able to find is cleaning the coils once I shut it down during the winter. All in all I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

I received the first unit which functioned for 2 days before displaying error code E5 for a refrigerant leak. I unplugged and restarted the unit. It worked for a few hours and then shut off with the same error code. I returned that unit for a replacement unit. This unit functioned for almost 2 weeks but now has the same E5 refrigerant leak code. I'll be returning this for a refund and look elsewhere for a functional product.

This is an amazing dehumidifier. I have an old house so during rainy days and humid summer days my basement gets super moist. This dehumidifier easily takes care of my basement and essentially makes it bone dry. The size is great for the quality of the build and super easy to plug in and use. I would buy this asap if you need a dehumidifier that will get rid of a bunch of moisture

I had an error code show up on two units and had to return them both. I didn't purchase again however Aloraire customer service followed up with me and was concerned that I was taken care of. They sent me a unit free of charge and followed up (3) times to check that it was working properly and it is. Is was pleasantly surprised. Good job helping to fix a disappointing experience Aloraire.

This is a large heavy duty unit that works well so far. It seems very powerful and I love the drain line that it does with. Plug it in and go and it’s that easy once you get it where you want it. I love the handles on top that spring back into position when you are done carrying it.

Great product to help eliminate the humidity in my oversized basement. The basement is about 2500sqf and this has been a huge success since installation. Self pumping, very quiet and very efficient. The humidity level dropped much quicker than the traditional units.
