Shortly after purchasing this, the app stopped supporting this dehumidifier. I reached out to customer service and they were able to send me an upgraded display panel to utilize the new app. Mia from AlorAir has been there throughout the entire process, as the panel took weeks to get to me. Support from AlorAir is impressive and I'm glad I chose them over other companies. And of course, the unit has been running continuously without any issues. Extremely happy with my purchase.

Great dehumidifier-I had another that I recently got in September of last year, but the control board went. I couldn't wait for the warranty to send me the part, so I bought a new one. This one seems even better than the last. I attached the last week's worth of data, and I was able to drop my humidity again great. It started around 50% humidity, and I initially set to 35% to see if it could maintain that, and sure enough, the dehumidifier did with really minimal run times. I bumped it up to 40% when I went back down to check it, and everything is great. It has a convenient little storage pocket as well. Excited and hope this doesn't have the same problem the previous (other brand) had.

Have had product for 2 years and has issues with water pump. I bought another one just like this one from the same company and the same issue after 6 months. Very expensive for bad products.

The dehumidifier works well. It removes a ton of water from the air and the fan is quite powerful. It circulates a ton of air. I had a problem with the pump and contacted customer service. Eileen responded quickly and after providing some information they sent me a replacement pump. The pump arrived quickly even though it was the holidays. The dehumidifier is easy to work on so I was able to replace the pump quickly. It works great now. I was very happy with the customer service, so much so that I am writing this review. I was happy with the dehumidifier but the great customer service deserves recognition.

Worked great in crawlspace for 3 months then the pump quit working and unit shut down. Aloair is very slow in their responses (5 days) and originally were going to ship a new circuit board and pump. Later they told me both were out of stock, I told them I was returning the unit. The pump is the ONLY way water gets out, needs a gravity drain. I was out of Amazon's return window but still under warranty so they sent a return label but I am still awaiting a refund. I am going to buy an AprilAire unit.

Love it! works as good as Aloair LGR storm extremes. Lighter and easier maneuvering with wheels and extension handle. Main benefits bigger exhaust fan and out the back. instead of side like other units only knock is short discharge hose
