It’s powerful, efficient, and made a noticeable difference in my basement within just a couple of days. (My basement was just flooded) The air feels much drier and cleaner, and that musty smell is completely gone. The built-in pump is a huge plus—no need to constantly empty a bucket, which makes it very convenient for continuous use. The unit itself feels solid and well-built, definitely more like a commercial-grade machine than a typical home unit. It runs surprisingly quiet for its size and power, and the setup was very straightforward.

Effectively dehumidifies the attic space I put it in. The pump is a little loud, but works well. Instruction manual was missing instructions on how to change the pump vs. gravity drain setting, but a quick email to the company was able to answer that question.

Purchased this because my old dehumidifier stopped working and I liked that this one was a much smaller size. My basement usually stay around 50-55% humidity and prefer it to be at 40%. My old dehumidifier would cycle on and off at 40%. This dehumidifier never cycles off and continuously runs and would only lower the humidity down to 45-47%. Also, this unit is noticeably louder than my older one. This one was more expensive, louder and less effective than my old dehumidifier. Overall, I would not recommend it and would not buy it again.

I bought 70pints Alorair dehumidifier for my basement. My basement has moisture from outside water. My friend recommended me to purchase this brand. He said he bought exact same as mine in a couple months ago for his crawl space. This dehumidifier worked do effective. He said he got super wet crawling space and he tried use some of dehumidifier can’t reduce moisture. He used this machine about one week, he can see obvious change in his crawl space. When he told me that,I made decision to buy same dehumidifier. I really find this dehumidifier is easy to use and his it’s own drainage to expel water. I don’t need control it manually. I got one dehumidifier before this Alorair brand. I always to check the dehumidifier water if it got full of water or not. I have to dump by myself. The Alorair had own control and this dehumidifier is more compact than house hold dehumidifier. Even the price is a little higher but I think it worth this price.

I have a pretty large basement, and this one is really helpful. I need to keep the basement really dry to make sure it doesn't grow mold. It is easy to set up. It has all the required components, such as tubes and electricity charger. It is also pretty lightweight and keeps the noise level pretty low. I think this price is pretty good value for money. It is very powerful to keep the humidity level low, but also it doesn't disturb me upstairs.

Great while it worked. Unit stopped pumping water and leaked after 30 days. It’s been a nightmare getting the unit sent back to Alorair and I’m still waiting for my repaired unit to be returned. I won’t be making this mistake again.

I really like the size and the features on this easy to use dehumidifier. It started to work as soon as I plugged it in. The case seems made out of metal and some plastic but overall quality is pretty impressive. I have been using it for my garage and it performed flawlessly so far. Draws about 357W on average.
