UPDATE: just returned from a “Rawhyde Adventures” off-road riding class and found these pants to be very comfortable and protective. Instructors warned, prior to the glass, that everyone was gonna drop their bike in the slow speed balance/turning/stopping maneuvers. And yes, I dropped mine. Five times. Most falls were walk offs, but I did hit my knees and hips in multiple slow speed falls. The pants did fine, but I had doubled up the lightweight armor with an additional set I purchased And fit into the pockets with the armor that came with the pants. I have to say my knees and hips are fine even after all the falls on hard packed gravel. the cordura material took some scuffing but looks like new once cleaned. I was very comfortable wearing the pants, but didn’t realize until I removed them that I was drenched with sweat. I didn’t even notice due to the liner that seems to keep air flowing through the pants.I’m satisfied. INITIAL REVIEW: Very comfortable pants with ventilation liner making them feel cooler. “Armor“ in the pockets at the hip and knee is like a thin foam and probably worthless. I added some purchased hip and knee “armor” to place in the pockets and this seems to fit well I’m pleased with the quality, but don’t count on getting any protection With the stock pads provided. I’m happy to see the material at the ankle thin enough so I can fold it through and close my shin length riding boot over it. It expands but I don’t think I can get the leg of the pants over my riding boot. ... show more

Wow I am pretty impressed with these riding pants! I wore them n warm weather and it wasn't too hot. It's got knee pads and also hip pads. I thought the price was really low and I like the quality. Inner mesh liner helps with comfort. Plenty of pockets, but not hip pockets, just front and side pockets (4 total). I got the white color so they are cool in the warm and hot weather. The fit is almost perfect, fits about true to size and also you can adjust it wit the velcro straps. Has 2 air vents in the front, too. My first parir of riding pants i do enjoy wearing them; a good amount of comfort and protection, and a good value. ... show more

I tend not to write a lot of reviews. I bought these to be in between my winter bibs and summer when jeans are enough. 3 days of riding to and from work around 50-60degrees on 55-65mph roads for 20 miles and they were super comfy and plenty warm. Today was about 45 and I took the interstate and I got a little chilly. But it was cold everywhere. My jacket wasn't up to the temps yet either. I do have 1 complaint. The zipper for the legs doesn't open enough to get them on or off with my work boots on. I have to take my shoes off first. Sizing is correct. I ordered my waist size and 1 size up in length. This fit perfect and perfect length while sitting. Maybe a hair long while walking but perfect while riding. I should also not this is a road bike not a sport bike so my legs are fully exposed to the air while riding. ... show more

These are the best motorcycle pants that I have ever owned. All of the other pants that I have had would not fit correctly with boots. These pants had plenty of storage space for all of the contents that I need to carry with me.

These pant fit perfectly over my regular jeans and have tons of velcro adjusters to tighten the areas you want tightened. I normally wear a 30” inseam so these are marked XL 32” inseam so just a tad long with everything tightened down. The knee and hips Protector pads were installed backwards and switched right for left and knee pads backwards. The instruction sheet that came with it says the yellow is supposed to face your body. All of them were facing out. No big deal, they are easy to switch. I think these pants are fantastic and I am very happy with them. Overall a very well made pair of pants using high quality materials that certainly do the job, although I haven't tried them in the rain. My only beef, and for the price not really warranted, is that they don't have any stretch panels, especially in the knee. When I cock my leg to mount my GS I feel that I can't articulate my leg enough to get in the saddle as smoothly as usual. I bought 36x32 size as I am about a 37" waist. There is enough adjustment in the waist to fit. And they are a good 32" long. Overall, when worn over jeans with the liner installed I felt a bit like the Michelin man. I wish the legs were slimmer. You can cinch the legs at a couple of point but that adds to the puffy look. But as I said very good value and seem sturdy. ... show more

Pants are cumbersome. Kind of hard to move in. And they did not keep me dry at all in the 10 miles of rain I was in. Granted it was coming down really hard. But my crotch and my shins were soaked after about 10-15 minutes in the rain going down the highway
