Had to order a different style plug to go in the 30amp plug. It’s located too close to the plug where you hook the solar panel before replacing the cord plug and the solar panel can’t be plugged in at same time

The actual unit works great and charges fast to 100%. My one complaint is the solar panel stands. They are flimsy and attached to the panels with a loop of nylon straps which are sewed into the cover. They are free to move about and will not keep the panel at an angle in the slightest wind. I purchased this generator to use mainly for my RV. The 1st time I used the 30 amp plug to power my RV the generator will only charge with the solar panels. When I plug in the ac cable the generator will not charge. I spent a lot of money for this generator thinking I would be purchasing a quality product, Im very disappointed , I contacted the company and they want me to send a video so they can troubleshoot it. I should be able to just exchange it for one that actually works. I have been traveling for the past 2 months with a 20 pound paper weight. Would not reccomend!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Come fast, very well packed, solar panels came in different shipment, customer service is great and super efficient, charge faster than I expected, and I try it with my full size fridge and an electric griddle connect for 2 hr. Straight and took just 10% of the full charge, so I think is very efficient. I'm very happy with my purchase. The only minor problem was that I didn't completely understand how to connect both solar panels at the same time, so YouTube it is 🤣 ... show more

Got this to use with my camper. It won’t last but a few hours with the camper plugged into the 30 amp plug like maybe about three or four. The 30 amp plug is positioned in such a way that you cannot use it and use the plug for the solar panel at the same time The solar panel cord blocks the 30 amp plug being able to be plugged in from a standard camper cable. Maybe there’s an adapter out there I can get but I don’t think I’ll use it with my camper much anyway. You really have to have a lot of solar panels to keep this charged up via solar. 200 W panel and it doesn’t keep up with the demand. Also I cannot get it to register any input even though the solar panel is it directly in the sunlight sometimes I have to unplug it and plug it and unplug it several times. Consequently I’ll probably just leave this at home and use it has some kind of back up power if my house power goes out and then I can leave it plugged in so it’s always charged. Good idea but the solar generators have a ways to go to be comparable to a gas for use with a camper. ... show more

So far, everything is working. I've seen some of the comments that said they couldn't get it to turn on and turn off. It's because you have to hold the button in for like 5 seconds and the turn it off. Holded another five seconds, not just push it

The media could not be loaded. I am unable to control the unit. The power button, AC button and the DC button do nothing. Bluetooth is not able to be turned on. The device has live power to each port and they cannot be turned off, or monitored. The only good is that the battery itself has a decent amp hour range. I taxed it with a draw of 400 watts for just over 4 hours and it still had power. I cannot recommend this unit though as it is entirely uncontrollable. If you have to return it, you have to pay an exorbitant amount so be very mindful of that. The two stars are for the ability to store the 2400w/h it indicates it can do. ... show more
