Wow ! Should’ve looked at this a long time ago.

This is a great solar generators. I purchased the 5000 plus unit and 4 200 watt solar panels. It’s very easy to operate and portable as well. Everything seems well thought out and using the Jackery app makes it even easier. I am very pleased with this system and I am investigating expanding to cover the whole house. Great value for the money.

Would rethink purchase, but still cool.
Style: Explorer 5000 Plus+200Wx2
A couple things I learned from buying this on Amazon 1. My 5000 plus arrived with damage. I struggled with getting customer support to say if it was safe to use or not. I contacted Jackery and they said I should not operate it, but they couldn't help and I needed to contact Amazon. Amazon initiated a tiny refund and then said it was safe to operate. I would recommend only purchasing through Jackery. I have attached a picture showing the damage. 2. The 2 200W panels dont seem to be enough voltage to start the low PV charging. Even midday in full sunlight, I cannot get it to start charging. I would recommend purchasing a solar saga 500W with the 5000 Plus. However, I wouldn't be scared away from Jackery. The solar saga 200W is neat and, with nothing else, one panel can charge my cellphone. The jackery 5000 plus is pretty cool and works great as a backup and power station. My hope is I can to get a smart home transfer switch and install solar panels to connect to the high PV. My regrets are buying it through Amazon and getting the 2X solarsaga 200 and not the solar saga 500.
