This leaf blower is truly impressive. The amount of air from such a small package is fantastic. When I first opened the box I thought to myself that this would be like my little battery powered blower. Small enough to grab easily and dust off the table maybe sweep out the garage... But once I plugged this baby in and turned it on, I knew this was a real work horse. and a lightweight workhorse at that. Sure it won't do like those 48v monsters, but I didn't want to heft one of them around and I don't mind pulling out the cord. But it did a fantastic job getting the road debris/gravel etc. that accumulated this winter out of the gutter and in a good spot to shovel it all up. I saw someone mention needing a special power cord but I was able to use my standard 3 prong garden cord (same thing you would get from H Depot/Hb Freight/Amazon etc.) without any problems. I did received this product for “free” yes, but... the Federal and State agencies do require that I pay income tax's on the retail value of the product. In any case, this review is my honest opinion and completely independent from seller or manufacturer involvement. ... show more

    • Extension Chord needed!

This leaf blower has power! Works well with leaves and even removed extra snow salt on my porch! You will need to make sure you buy the right type of extension chord - a single plug chord! I didn't have one that would work so I had to purchase one specifically for the blower.

They advertise this blower to be light and powerful. It feels maybe 1/2 lighter than my old blower and it blows just about as hard. It's so light it doesn't feel like the motor inside should be able to put out as much air as it does, but it does put out a lot of air. It's also nice that the nozzle comes apart for easy storage. This is definitely powerful enough to blow some leaves. The noise on this is about the same as my old blower. Maybe a little more quiet, but still pretty noisy, so it doesn't matter. I don't feel the need to ware ear plugs with it. This comes with nozzle attachments to make it longer. The second one that goes of the first one narrows the air stream a bit. When the second one is put on the motor can be heard working a bit harder because of the narrowing. It also feels like the air coming out gets reduced. It makes it so without the second attachment it actually blows harder at the same distance. If they would have made the second attachment not have the narrowing this would have had it blow harder at a further distance. ... show more

I wasn't sure what to expect from this blower. It arrived quickly and came in a small and very light box. I was surprised how small and lightweight the actual item is! I plugged it in and expected some disappointment, but I was wide eyed when I saw how powerful it is. It's not going to blow the house down, but it will definitely have no issues with blowing leaves far far away. it's about as noisy as an average leaf blower. The real draw of this item is how lightweight it is. You could carry it around for hours if you had to. If you have arthritis or any disability, this may be a blower that you can use safely. I can't speak to the longevity of this blower, as I won't really be able to use it for another 7-8 months, but build quality seems okay, not great. This lightweight leaf blower is perfect for my small homestead. I have a larger, heavier battery powered leaf blower that I use around my place. It gets the job done when I'm not close to a power source but it is heavy and tiring. This leaf blower is perfect for everything else. I love how lightweight and balanced it is. I don't get tired using it like I do the heavier blowers. I'm using this blower for my covered front porch and my back patio. I used to use a broom because it was just too much trouble to haul out the big blower. Now, I just grab this handy little blower and my porch and patio are clean in no time. This leaf blower is easy to use, lightweight, and quality built. There's no battery to worry about and the speed of the blower is impressive. When I took this thing out of the box, I wasn't expecting much. It's very light and the plastic doesn't feel that durable, but then I thought about the price and figured these are the materials you get to work with. But once I plugged it in and gave it a try I was really pleased by the output for such a small unit. I had a light dusting of snow in front of my garage and thought it would be a nice little test, and the blower took care of it without a hitch. It's loud, but not nearly as much as I was expecting.
